My Mother (Sylvia Hissner) posted on here an hour ago. I am her daughter Raven Hissner. How dare public storage leave a message on my Mom's cell at *:** p.m. EST ** minutes before closing & not try to call again. They could have sent a email, as i check them all the time. Mom is awake & worried, she's in her **'s. I was going to sit here until gates open at * a.m. but thats *.* hours from now. Fix it by getting a flipping emergency number so people can contact you with situations like this. I have sat here over an hour & read other people's complaints. WoW...this company doesn't have it together. I will look for a company who cares about there customers, regardless of what the cost is. Why do you have a notation on the access card to go online to get **** access? I went on there & there is no mention of it whatsoever. Public Storage is a disappointment. You raise the prices and do nothing for the people. Greed is the root of all evil. What do I want you to do to fix it. Read my post & the hundreds of other one's. Figure it out, your supposedly business people. I'd think fixing the problems would cost less than all the people out there who can sue you and win. Get with the program. End of rant. I'm over public storage. And yes, I've been a long time customer for many years, in several states.
