Just switched to public mobile yesterday. Only some people are receiving texts, I'm only receiving some. Can call out but if someone calls me they get a message saying my number doesn't exist. I did transfer my number. I got a text saying 'Public Mobile here: We're experiencing difficulties processing your request to move to Public Mobile. Please go to PublicMobile.ca, click Contact us and complete the SIM & Activation online form. Thanks' ****I don't see where to do this.
