The issue in GetHuman-pecab's own words
On Dec *th, I purchased several cyber week vouchers on the printerpix website. The info on the page indicated that books purchased during the cyber deals had no expiration. But as soon as I made final payment of just under $***, it showed that ALL the photobooks I paid for would, in fact, expired in March of ****. I already have two books I need to finish by March. If they posted the expiration date up front, I wouldn't have ordered them. I need a full refund or, my orders ammended to reflect that they have no expiration date. Either one of those options would be ok. Your website says that purchases made directly from your website can be refunded up to * business days after the initial purchase. Your slow contact is making me nervous. I'm hoping I don't hear from you after the * days, only to be told it's too late for a refund when it was your fault for not taking care of this in a timely manner. I am keeping a record, and its getting lengthy, of my many attempts to contact you, including * times today when the recording says that I reaching you after business hours, when in fact it was still within your business hours, *:** MST my time, would be *:** EST. Youre supposedly open until *:**.
GetHuman-pecab did not yet indicate what Printerpix.com should do to make this right.
