I am looking to purchase 9 stone slates from 3 different pictures. I need 5 stone slates from one picture and 2 stone slates from each of the other two pictures. I have a $7 voucher from your website for one stone slate that I would like to apply to the purchase of the other 8 stone slates. I called last week, and the person who answered said they would escalate my request to their manager, but I have not received a call back yet. I need these for Christmas gifts, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

In the layouts pre-loaded on each page, a white border is present. However, the layouts I inserted do not have a white border. I aim to ensure all pictures display uniform borders, either with a thin white border or none at all. After contacting customer service, I was informed that the default white borders will not be visible in the final product. In previous orders, these borders were visible. I prefer for all images to either have the subtle white borders visible in the final product or to have no borders at all. How can I achieve this consistency? Thank you, J Hanson.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order experience. I initially purchased a discount code for a PicturePix blanket for $19.99, only to discover that I was charged $19.00 for shipping when I placed the order. This brought the total cost to about $40.00, far more than the advertised price. Although I was willing to pay the extra for my autistic grandson, who is difficult to shop for, I received a small 5x7 scarf blanket in a tiny envelope today instead of the expected larger blanket displayed in the picture on the website. This misleading representation feels like false advertising. This was my first purchase with your company, and I kindly request a refund for the $40.00 paid for this unsatisfactory item. I have taken photos that I can provide if needed. Please advise me on how to proceed and rectify this issue, especially the inaccurate shipping charge. I would greatly appreciate a prompt response. I am disappointed with my order experience. I initially bought a discount code from a company to purchase a PixelPix blanket for $19.99. However, upon visiting your site, I was charged $19.00 for shipping, making the total about $40. Seeing the picture of the blanket on a bed made me assume it was larger. When my order arrived today, it was a tiny 5x7 scarf blanket, not worth the hefty shipping fee. This was meant to be a special gift for my autistic grandson. I am facing an issue with my order (#[redacted]8). I intended to purchase 25 cards through a Groupon deal, but the website only processed 1 card despite me inputting 25 as the quantity. After speaking with Sharath Kumar from customer service, I was advised to reorder the remaining 24 cards separately due to the voucher no longer being valid. Despite multiple attempts and long waits on hold, I have been unsuccessful in completing the order since last Wednesday. I initially placed the order a week ago hoping to have the cards in time for Christmas. I am frustrated by the complications caused by the website error and would like the 24 cards in my online cart to be printed and shipped promptly or to receive a full refund. Hello, I am reaching out regarding my recent order of 10 A3 calendars placed on 11.11.[redacted] in response to a Black Friday offer I received in my mailbox. Despite being promised a voucher, I did not receive one for my order number [redacted]4. After contacting customer service through live chat, I was issued a voucher to proceed with my order. However, I was charged €65.59 for postage, even though my order indicated free shipping, including 2-day expedition. I paid the postage under order number [redacted]5 to receive my calendars promptly, but I find it unprofessional that I had to cover this cost after not initially receiving the promised voucher. Hello, I need assistance. I spent countless hours working on my photo book and was nearly done with it last Saturday. However, when I opened it last night to finish, I noticed that it had reverted back to the initial version from weeks ago, erasing all the recent work I had done. Despite regularly saving my progress after each page with a green tick indicating it was saved, I encountered a slow website and server issues last night. I hoped this was the reason for the missing changes, but unfortunately, they have not reappeared. I am devastated that all my hard work has vanished. Can you please help me recover the lost work? I have been attempting all day to upload photos for the 9 canvas project I purchased from your site. Today is the last day to qualify for standard shipping before Christmas. Despite multiple attempts on different devices and browsers, as well as asking friends to assist, the site seems to have a glitch preventing me from uploading the photos. I require assistance to complete my purchase in time for Christmas without having to upgrade to expedited shipping due to technical issues with the website. I am deeply frustrated by this experience as the photos are not loading successfully; the only option given is "done," without actually uploading the images. I have tried uploading locally, via Google Drive, and through my camera roll, yet encountered the same issue.

I encountered issues when trying to order photo blankets through Groupon. I struggled to upload pictures and couldn't find a support number for help. Although I never successfully added any photos to my order, I was charged for three separate instances. Despite my difficulties, I attempted a third order, which resulted in the same issues. I did not anticipate being billed for incomplete orders and would like a refund of the charges. I expected better customer service and find it frustrating that there was no phone number provided for assistance. I purchased two pet blankets on November 19th, just before Thanksgiving. After waiting over a week, I tried to reach out to the company through their customer contact form on the website but did not receive any response. Upon following up again, a day later I was informed by "Nelson" that my order was being given priority due to the delay. Despite this, my order was still not completed and would not arrive on time. I expressed my disappointment via email but received no response. When I called on December 14, I was directed to an India call center where I was told my order had already shipped, accompanied by a faulty tracking number. Subsequent attempts to contact them were unsuccessful. On December 17, I received another email from "Nelson" stating my order had shipped, although it was already two weeks past his previous email. There was no mention of my request to cancel the order due to the delay, and the tracking number provided indicated I would receive the order on December 28, after Christmas. The prolonged delay and lack of communication have been frustrating, especially since I needed the items for Christmas gifts.

I ordered 2 blankets for my kids on December 5th. They are currently at 50% production since the day after I placed the order. I made another order on December 13th for a different blanket, and it indicates it was shipped on the 17th. However, I have not received it yet. The tracking information only shows details from the initial shipping date. I reached out via email but only received a generic response and the inbox is now full. Live chat attempts were not successful as representatives did not provide helpful responses. Even after multiple calls to the toll-free number, I could not reach anyone. I am concerned if the blankets will arrive before Christmas.

I placed an order on December 17, and it still hasn't shipped. I then made another order on December 22 for two blankets, but only one has shipped so far. The first order was intended to arrive by Christmas for my son in the air force, but it hasn't even been shipped yet. The customer service representative mentioned that it should have arrived within two weeks, but the delay is concerning. The tracking information shows that the package is still at the USPS facility after five days. I hope this can be resolved soon as I was expecting these items to be delivered on time.

Hello, I purchased two Groupon Vouchers for myself and my husband for Hardcover 40 page photo books. I have created both books and saved them to my account. However, during checkout, I can only input one voucher number per person according to the terms and conditions. I'm unsure how to transfer one book to my husband's account. I hope to receive the books by our anniversary on Friday (18th January) and noticed a discrepancy in the delivery cost at checkout compared to the voucher terms. I ordered 5 magic latte mugs as Christmas gifts and paid for expedited shipping. Despite the expectation to receive them by 01/02/[redacted], it is now 01/23/[redacted] and the order has not even been made. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, the responses have been unhelpful. I strongly urge for my order to be completed by the end of the week and each mug to be shipped to its respective recipient. The delay has caused inconvenience and additional expenses for me. I have had a terrible experience with Printerpix regarding my order of 8 canvases placed on January 18, [redacted]. Despite calling multiple times to track my order, I have received misinformation from various customer support members and supervisors. The order status has regressed instead of progressing, and even after more than one month since the order date, I have not received my items (as of Friday 2/22). This level of service is unacceptable, and it is the worst I have encountered from any company. Printerpix should reconsider their promises of 7-day delivery, establish a way to reach representatives in Orlando, Florida, rather than only in India, and prevent their support staff from providing false information. Ultimately, their business practices need significant improvement if they wish to continue operating in the U.S.

I purchased a 50x60 personalized photo collage mink blanket on Dec. 29, [redacted]. After enduring a 34-minute hold, being provided inaccurate delivery information three times, and sending 43 emails, the item finally arrived on Feb. 16, [redacted]. Unfortunately, 70% of the blanket was printed with flawed printer/ink/color, making it practically unusable. Despite sending five additional emails, I have yet to receive a response. It is frustrating to spend so much time on hold only to encounter unhelpful representatives. The complaint policy on the website promises a response within 1 working day, but I have only received automated replies with ticket numbers. This level of service is unacceptable based on my previous experience with the company.

I purchased two sets of blankets using Groupon vouchers on March 4, [redacted], with each order totaling $29.99. Recently, I noticed an unauthorized charge on my Paypal account for a calendar, adding up to $[redacted].xx and $69.xx. Despite contacting customer service, I'm struggling to resolve this issue. The representative I spoke with was unhelpful and unresponsive, ignoring my concerns about the unexpected calendar purchase. When I reviewed my orders on the website, the calendar does not appear in order number [redacted]1. I had only used nine out of ten vouchers for calendars on March 5, as I did not need the full ten. Please address this problem promptly, as I did not authorize the additional charges for the calendar.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to address an issue I encountered with my recent purchase of 3 Groupons coupons for Printer Pix. My order number is [redacted]8. The book template I utilized on your website indicated that I would receive an 11" x 8.5" book with 40 pages. However, upon receiving the first shipment on May 4, I discovered several discrepancies. Particularly, the inside pages measured 11.5" by 8 3/16" instead of the specified dimensions, and the top of the pages were cut too close, affecting the alignment of the content. This resulted in a white strip line on the edges of approximately 5 to 6 pages, which does not match the template I used. I have ordered a total of 63 books from your company, and I am greatly disappointed with the quality of the product. I kindly request that this issue be rectified promptly. If necessary, I can provide sample photos illustrating the problems mentioned. If my other 2 orders have not entered the printing process, I urge you not to proceed as they do not meet the specifications outlined on your website.
