You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

On Saturday **** I booked a room through priceline at The Key Marriot in Arlington, Va (Washington Dc). I have a registered service dog and the paperwork to go with it but I am not one to make waves so I searched pet-friendly while on Priceline's site. While this filter option was on an Express deal popped up offering me the room at the marriot. Before accepting the deal, I searched if Marriots are pet friendly. Most are,this one was not. I asked if they could reroute me and credit me at a different marriot and was told to call Priceline. I did not want to play the service dog card nor was I asked if my dog was a service animal. I didn't think it would be a big deal and in a show of good faith I booked another room at at Red Roof Inn through Priceline. I assumed that you would be reasonable and see that I can't sleep in two places at once. I have been beyond disappointed in Priceline. Disgusted. I wasted my most of that Saturday night on the phone with your representatives and to call them rude would be to give them too much credit. *I expect something to be done. Whether I am given a complimentary night or the original key Marriott room cost to be put back on my debit card. I am not being unreasonable. I'm a regular working guy who showed good faith when I could have been a serious pain in the neck regarding my service dog.*The reference *s are**** *** **** **.
