You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

Dear Sir*Madam,**I hope you are doing good.**I am writing this email in order to seek your help for my reservation at DoubleTree by Hilton hotel on May *rd, ****, with Confirmation number- ***********The hotel I was looking for was DoubleTree by Hilton, Norwalk, CA. While searching by the hotel name, I found a good price for this hotel on your website and booked it. When I confirmed my booking I was not shown the hotel address anywhere on the screen and also did not realize that the hotel with the same name and same city name can be present in * different states.*As soon as I confirmed my booking, I got a hotel address and I realized that I have made a booking in same hotel but in wrong state. Instead of California, I booked in Norwalk, Connecticut.**After this, I immediately called Priceline, explained them about this situation and asked for their help with the cancellation.But they said that they need hotel manager's approval to cancel this booking, as booking was non refundable. This happened on the evening of May *nd (Thursday) and they promised to return back to me on May *rd (Friday).So, I said ok, I will wait. I also requested them to talk with the manager before my reservation date starts,so the manager can cancel it easily and hotel room becomes available.**Then on Friday morning, I got a call from Priceline that hotel manager is still not available and they will resolve this issue by the end of the day. So, I waited again till Friday evening, but did not get contacted by Priceline. This thing continued till today. As I had not received any response from Priceline for last * days, I again called the customer support center today morning and the representative told me the same thing that they have not got a chance to talk with hotel manager yet. He asked me to put my call on hold and talked with hotel manager. After that, he said to me that hotel manager is not approving this and mentioned they cannot make an exception. So I asked Priceline to help me with the refund, but the agent said they cannot do anything with this.**I do understand that this reservation was non-refundable, but can't you allow any genuine mistake?*I have been a loyal Priceline customer for many years and has always experienced the best service and was hoping to receive the same this time around.*I sincerely request you to review this issue one more time and refund my reservation amount.**Thanks,*Tejas Shah
