I have a nonrefundable and nonexchangeable reservation with you for a Best Western in California on the 9th and 10th of June. Although this is not typically allowed, I find myself in significant financial distress, relying on Welfare. The purpose of my trip is crucial, involving seeing a surgeon for a complex spine disorder. Unfortunately, I have had to visit another surgeon first, and I was only made aware of this after making the reservation in LA. Without the funds from the hotel booking, I won't be able to afford accommodation to see the necessary surgeon, which has been a three-year wait. This situation is critical as I am only 23 and keen to improve my health. The amount spent on the hotel means a lot to me. Today, I made a booking through Priceline for a trip from LAX to OGG. I paid an additional $[redacted] for economy plus seats on United to select our seats and have checked luggage, with booking number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-40. However, upon checking the UA website with confirmation DGM52L, we discovered that the seats assigned were not what we selected. On the return flight from Maui, we are not seated together as requested (7A & 7B). Despite chatting with two Priceline agents, we were unsuccessful in resolving the issue. The international Priceline toll-free number was constantly busy. Unfortunately, the lack of proper customer service has led us to consider canceling the booking due to feeling misled and cheated out of $[redacted]. We hope Priceline addresses this issue promptly.

I had a terrible experience with Priceline when I booked a hotel stay at the Chicago Inn on Mother's Day. After dinner, I arrived at the hotel for check-in, only to find out they were overbooked by 29 rooms. Despite being exhausted and unable to find another room in downtown Chicago, I had to go outside the area, paying for transportation and a room separately. This ruined my Mother's Day plans and I wasn't able to enjoy the amenities I had hoped for. To make matters worse, Priceline still charged me for the reservation. The manager, George, mentioned they couldn't accept payment from Priceline and assured me of a refund, which I am yet to receive. I usually book through Travelocity now, finding them to be less problematic and with better customer service. While Priceline's rate was great, they need to improve customer service to retain customers. I have a trip to Orlando coming up, and I'm hesitant to use Priceline again until I hear back from them.

I made a car reservation through Priceline with Hertz for Lubbock (Confirmation number: J[redacted]).
I received the Priceline itinerary details for Snyder, TX on Sunday, May 26, [redacted] (Itinerary# [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-87).
Unfortunately, Hertz is refusing to release the car to me as I don't have an active credit card. I have an important meeting at 2pm in Sweet Water, Texas, and fear I won't make it due to this issue. Hertz staff advised me to contact you to resolve this matter. I spoke with Mr. Duke through your online chat, and he mentioned a cancellation penalty. I believe it's unfair since I wasn't allowed to pick up the car. Could you please refund the full amount for the booking?
Additionally, I also made a hotel reservation through Priceline, which was supposed to charge me USD 50. Since I can't travel to Sweet Water without the car, could you arrange for a refund for the hotel as well? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I selected the hotel based on the promise of an airport shuttle listed somewhere during the booking process. Despite my efforts, I cannot locate this information now. I booked through an Express Deal, and while I anticipate being told it was just listed as "shuttle" and not "airport shuttle," I vividly remember it being specifically mentioned as an airport shuttle. This detail was crucial in my decision to opt for a budget-friendly hotel that is not ideally located for me. I am feeling extremely frustrated by the lack of supporting evidence for this. Although I have always had positive experiences with Priceline, this situation has left me in tears and greatly inconvenienced. I am disheartened, knowing that there seems to be no record of the airport shuttle I relied on. It has truly disrupted my plans, and I am inclined to avoid Priceline in the future, despite the likelihood that my dissatisfaction may go unnoticed. The absence of "airport shuttle" mentioned during the booking has deeply upset me, as it swayed my decision to choose a lesser accommodation. During my recent stay at the Days Inn in West Memphis, AK, I encountered some issues that I would like to address. Firstly, there was a women's thong found in the bed upon check-in, which was not ideal. Additionally, there was disruptive loud talking outside the hotel in the early hours of the morning, which was bothersome. Despite contacting the front desk about the noise, the situation was not resolved promptly.
When checking out, I expressed my dissatisfaction to the clerk and returned the thong that was left in the room. Although the clerk apologized and mentioned informing the manager, Mr. Harry Patel, about the concerns, my subsequent call to Priceline revealed that Mr. Patel was not yet aware of the situation.

On May 23, I booked a flight for my 23-year-old niece and her 1-year-old twin girls, Aubree Jean and Karter Ora Douglas. I purchased two adult tickets, and one of the babies sat on her mom’s lap while the other was in a seat by herself. I recently tried to cancel my hotel reservation within the 24-hour free cancellation window but was denied a full refund due to a technicality that was unclear to me. The hotel claimed the cancellation needed to be done by midnight on the date of the reservation, not the check-in time. Despite my attempt to cancel just 30 minutes past this alleged deadline, I only received a partial refund for two out of the three days booked.
I have not found any information supporting this policy and believe I should have been able to cancel within 24 hours of my 3pm Eastern check-in time.
Furthermore, I have been unable to speak to a customer service representative as the automated system provides no option to discuss my issue and does not connect me to a live person despite multiple attempts over the past 10 hours.

I have attempted to contact Priceline's customer service three times, yesterday and today, with no success. The long wait times of up to 40 minutes are unacceptable. Online chat was also unhelpful, stating they cannot assist. There is no option for a callback, and my call got disconnected after a 25-minute wait this morning. We nearly experienced a robbery at gunpoint when we found the hotel lobby empty with a handwritten "out of service" sign on the door. Several individuals approached us asking for money and as we left, a woman kicked our car. There were no available rooms at sister properties, leaving us to sleep in the vehicle we had paid for. I was on hold for three hours to supposedly resolve my issue! Unfortunately, I was disconnected and never received a callback. Who is at fault here? Priceline blames Delta, and Delta blames Priceline. All I want is to address this issue and be compensated for my loss. I am not trying to be difficult; I just want Priceline and Delta to handle this matter efficiently as a customer.

My father passed away in Florida, but his memorial service will be in Massachusetts. The original memorial service coincided with my son's graduation from FGCU on August 3rd. We planned to visit family in Massachusetts before the memorial, but my mother insisted on having Natale and me present and rescheduled it to July.
