The issue in GetHuman-avitalbu's own words
I was supposed to fly to Argentina with Latam airlines on December ** ****, with a ticket I booked through Priceline. A couple of months before the flight I found out that I was pregnant, and that there is a travel warning to Argentina for pregnant women because of Zika virus, issued by the World Health Organization. I obviously couldn't fly to Argentina. Despite me feeling terrible in the first trimester of my pregnancy I spent countless hours on the phone with the company's costumer service, and sent all of the documents they requested from me in order to get a refund and cancel my flight. I couldn't get an answer before the time of the flight, and ended up loosing all of the money and not flying. The costumer service was horrible- I could never get a straight answer and was promised I will get call backs that never came. Eventually, due to my health and having to keep my peace of mind for the baby's sake, I despaired. Now, a year after I gave birth, when I finally have some time to deal with it, I would like to be compensated for the horrible experience with Priceline, and get a full refund for the flight I never took.***Avital Burg *Ticket Number: *************
