The issue in GetHuman-nikkicle's own words
I purchased an express deal hotel room that said I would be allowed a bed choice. The total came up to $***.**. After I paid that amount, I was given the info for the hotel, The Richmond in Miami, FL. When I called the hotel to make my bed request, I was told they only offer * size bed and I would have to pay extra if I wanted a roll away bed. They also informed me that I would have to pay a daily resort fee of $** AND I would have to pay for valet parking. None of this was mentioned on the Priceline website before I paid my money. I told Priceline's customer service that I could not use that hotel and I would like a refund. They told me they do not issue refunds. I am now requesting at least a credit to my account for the full amount paid. I did book another room through Priceline for use that weekend.
GetHuman-nikkicle did not yet indicate what Priceline should do to make this right.
