Hello, my name is Danielle Beltran. I reserved a rental car through your service. I was told it would cost $**. When I went to pick up the rental car at Hertz the representative told me I would need to give him an additional $*** which I did not have and I was told the credit card on file declined. I did not take the car and had to find another way to take my trip. That being said when I checked my card statement today $** was charged to my account for a rental car I did not take. I was told by the representatives at Hertz that I needed to contact Priceline to get that refunded to my account. Please let me know what additional information you require from me to get this situation sorted out. *Thanks,*Danielle Beltran
