I’ve book a room at the Days Inn Windcrest for the last four days at **** N. Interstate **, San Antonio, TX *****-(***)***-****. Dates are *August *-* of ****. I’ve had check out at **pm the next day for the first two days till this morning the manager*owner gotten mad because I’ve been checking out at **pm and not **, so I told him that was fine so when I checked out at ** I gave him the room key and showed him my phone where it states check out is at **pm the following day. That is the only reason we book the room. There was no argument or unprofessional words of any sort. Today is the *th day I made the same booking as I arrived to the property for my reservation I made my to the front door I ran into the manager*owner of the property and he told something to his son Jason in their native language which is the night attendant at the property saying he doesn’t want me staying at the property anymore, this I know because Jason told me after the conversation they had with each other. I then say to Jason why am I not allowed to rent a room I’ve already made a reservation and paid for already. Jason then turns to his father which is the manager*owner at the property and speaks to him in their native language then turns to tell me that it’s fine for tonight because it was paid for already. So I walk in the office with Jason and jason explains to me that his father said that we had had a argument about the check out time in the morning which is ***% false. Jason began explaining to me that his father was also not happy with me because I use Priceline to make my reservations for my stays with my family, he continues to tell me that his father didn’t agree to the price we booked at. Jason tells me that his father said that we can stay this night because the reservation was made but then now we had to be moved to a different section of property. Me and my family feel greatly offended by this because we were In very nice rooms and great services till tonight *-**-****. He puts us in this rundown room with roaches and some other nasty stuff as well, I have the photos of the room and things that my children have found this is clearly a sign to not return to the property. I’m on vacation in Texas to spend time with my family and we feel that we think we might have over stayed our vacation with this incident.
