I placed my order over an hour ago. First issue, if my order is only $*.**, why on God's green Earth is there a hold on my bank account for $*.**....?The first estimated delivery time was **:**. Way too long to wait in the first place given all the fees attatched. Now the estimated delivery time is *:**. An entire * HOURS after I placed my order. There's no option for me to see where my driver is. I literally had no idea my order got pushed back an HOUR until I went back in the app to see that the delivery time was changed, and I'm convinced my order is going to continue to be pushed back and I will still be charged. I'm not going to cancel my order because since the driver is already "picking up the food" I will still have to pay for this absurdity. I am a first time customer and I will absolutely not be ordering again if this issue is not resolved and I would like to receive a full refund.
GetHuman2617553 did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
