I ordered a sandwich from Subway at *:**p. I watched the delivery progress and the time of delivery kept getting later and later. It said my food was being picked up for a half hour. I texted my delivery person and asked what was going on and didn’t hear back. After another ** minutes, I called. Tatiana told me she had just received my order four minutes before and she was having trouble finding the subway. She asked me to cancel my order. I asked if I would be charged and she said no. I cancelled my order and I was charged $** for the sandwich and another fee for cancelling. The subway is two freaking blocks from my hotel. This is ridiculous and I’m so frustrated with the cost and poor service of your service. I want my money back.
