Help with my Postmates.com issue

Hi! Currently my Postmates email is under the email *****@***.com, which is my dads email because I signed up through Facebook. But my actual email is *****@***.com. I see that my account was suspended and I think I know what the reason is so I just wanted to explain in hope I could get it unsuspended. I pay for postmates unlimited and I believe the reason I am suspended is because I ordered using a friends card rather than mine. I was at a friends house at the time and I hadn’t gotten my paycheck yet so I was worried I was going to overdraft so we used my friend Melissa’s debit card to order. I realize now why this is suspicious but this was not an act of letting others use my free delivery. Assuming this is the reason, I will be mindful of this in the future and will only order through my own debit card. I hope this clears up any issues and I look forward to continue being a Postmates customer.
