Postmates.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-moniest will need to dig through the advice provided by Postmates.com, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-moniest can let us know if they help or not.

The issue in GetHuman-moniest's own words
I ordered from Gotham Pizza through Postmates. I ordered * bottled sodas, a small appetizer combo, and a **” pepperoni, pineapple, and half jalape*o pizza. When I ordered it showed my final total would be $**. When the driver showed he told me he had to pay out of pocket because my card was declined. It was only approved for $** but the total was $** I told him I think he had the wrong order since I saw * pizza boxes he was handing to me as well and I had only ordered * pizza and my order should’ve been only been $** including Postmates. While speaking with the driver about the order being wrong I received a text from Postmates saying my total was $**. I immediately asked the driver how I needed to fix the situation since this was the first time I ordered from Postmates. I asked if I needed to speak with Gotham or Postmates. His only response was “eat up” while he shrugged. I did not even have an appetite after being so frustrated with the situation not to mention the only correct thing we received were the two sodas and appetizer which was about $** worth of food. I would really appreciate a full refund to rectify this situation or at the very least a full refund minus the $** worth we received correctly.
