Postmates.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-jenaleig will want to follow the link below to head to their help center. We will check on GetHuman-jenaleig later to make sure it's all set or try to help escalate.
I was charged $**.** for a cancellation... i got an error message twice that said to try again in a few minutes... so I went back to try again both times to then be charged * times with temp holds equaling $***... When I went to the help center I saw all * orders being prepared... i was charged $**.** for one cancellaion and luckily I got to cancel the other one more wuickly before being charged. I need the holds to be released and refund the **.** I should not have been charged. After receiving an error that Oops something went wrong, onviously I did not think any of the orders were placed. The last time I tried It went through so luxkily I got to cancel the other * but I need my money back. I am out $*** now. I am furious!!!!
GetHuman-jenaleig did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
