I was trying to cancel my order because my information is different I'm at the same hotel but different room number and I have to change it so you guys know where to go ... I need my money now because how to cancel my order because I was in a different hotel room than last time but there was nothing that told me or did I read on Postmates app that if you cancel that you take the money one and I won't get my money back to * to * business days and I need to order my food so if somebody can email me back fast that would be helpful. I am not trying to be rude but I need my money so I can eat please help me now
This is frustrating because I wanted to change my information to have the right hotel room number and my money was taken off by card I can't order my food because there's no money on my card and my account is on hold and doesn't say on the Postmates app if you cancel you will take the money and put my card on hold and I have to wait * to * business days to get my money back
I would like my money to be back on my card now so I can order my food
It's my second time using this Postmates app and I expected if I have to cancel my money will be back on my card so I can fix my information so I can eat
I have already emailed you guys and told you guys would happen but I need this to resolve now please
