I recently had to reset my Poshmark password. I am a Buyer only on Poshmark. When I reset the password, it did not load my entire account history. My account only shows purchases I made AFTER I changed my password and then skips to one very old purchase made over a year ago. All my other purchase history has been wiped out, including my recent purchases prior to changing my password. **What this means is that I now cannot view my purchases nor track them to see what has shipped and what is in the process of being shipped. I also can't leave feedback or release the funds to the seller.* *After one week of emails, I still have no answer to why my account history did not load after resetting my password. The person assigned to my case keeps asking me the same questions for which I have already provided answers. This leads me to believe she is not thoroughly invested into getting an answer. I asked for IT assistance to determine why my account didn't load properly after resetting my password and have yet to receive a concrete answer or a resolution. **My biggest concern is that Poshmark does not go in and automatically cancel the items I purchased simply because the seller has not shipped the item within the time Poshmark designates appropriate. Why does this concern me? Because most of my purchases were made right before the Thanksgiving holiday when many sellers were probably behind in their shipping. My main concern is that I do not want to be put through the added inconvenience of renegotiating my purchases because Poshmark has cancelled them. Why? Since I can’t see my purchase history or even all my likes, I cannot contact the sellers to repurchase the item once Poshmark automatically cancels them for me. This after much time spent in negotiating a price we're both happy with. Very frustrating!**I love Poshmark, but there are so many sinkholes in their system that if they were fixed would make it on par with eBay for reliability and ease of use. As it stands now, I wonder if they really care. They have a great concept and I enjoy shopping there, but not being able to contact a live person and staffing their customer support team with members who are not able to help you is the most detrimental setback to their continued growth. We all put up with it because it's a great vehicle, but it is definitely a source of real frustration. And the fact that they haven't shored up some of these problems, shows a real lack of leadership and concern for a quality product. It's too bad really because they have a great concept and they could take it so much further if they cleared up some of the frustration! Don't know if anyone at the top is listening to the feedback, but they should as I notice by doing a quick internet search that so many other users are voicing the same concerns! There's a lot of frustration out there!**Anyway, thought I'd put it out there if you're able to get the message through.
