I purchased a mink coat but the seller, Gipsy, sent a "min k" coat instead. I asked for a refund of $81, as I can't use it. Another seller, Kristal, claimed a coat was XL but it was a small size. After numerous attempts to contact them for a refund but no response, I had to involve PayPal by opening a dispute. I need this money from my SSI account to pay my rent due to my disability. Please expedite the refund process, as I am in a difficult situation. I feel ignored and insulted. My doctor may contact you regarding this matter. Please address this promptly before PayPal resolves the disputes.

I have the order number from the seller, Gipsy, that I received via email. The amount was $81. I decided to cancel my order because the seller misrepresented the item as a mink coat, but later admitted it wasn't. This has caused issues with getting a refund due to frequent dishonesty from your seller. I have been a customer for 7 years without any problems prior to this incident. I would appreciate a refund before I have to escalate the matter through PayPal. I enjoy using Poshmark and have found many great items there, such as Nine West shoes that I couldn't find elsewhere. I purchased a pearl necklace on Poshmark that arrived in a damaged condition. After having a jeweler assess it, they confirmed it was beyond repair due to prior damage. The seller claimed it was in perfect condition when sold to me, but it was clear that they had attempted to fix it with glue on broken pearls. I followed Poshmark's instructions, providing multiple emails and photos of the issue within 24 hours of receiving the package. Despite my efforts, Poshmark has disregarded the problem, closed the investigation labeling the package as fine, and has not communicated with me. I ordered Zenana jeans, item # 5b9d[redacted]deebbadde9665, on Saturday, September 15th, and they were shipped on September 20th. The seller only communicates through the order question section. The package was sent to the distribution center in Indianapolis, IN, instead of our center in Gary, IN, or the post office in Valparaiso, IN. I have contacted USPS, but they cannot investigate until Monday, the 23rd. I am concerned that the seller may have shipped it to the wrong address. I am unable to speak with anyone until Monday. It would be helpful if POSHMARK had a customer service phone number for situations like this. Thank you.

I was charged twice by the seller for an item, totaling $31.49! The duplicate payment needs to be refunded to my account immediately. I unfortunately had an unsettling experience with another user on Poshmark. We agreed to trade outfits, but after sending mine, the other user did not reciprocate. They falsely accused me of sending damaged goods and claimed to have received an email from Poshmark instructing them to keep my item. Consequently, they sold my outfit on Mercari. When I tried to warn others about this user, she reported me, resulting in my closet being temporarily shut down. Despite numerous emails to Poshmark, I have not received a satisfactory response. As a mother of five children who relies on selling items to support my family, I find this situation distressing. This user has a history of problematic transactions, including falsely claiming items are damaged to receive free products. I urge Poshmark to investigate this matter further and prevent further incidents.

I am new to using the Poshmark app. The first time I tried direct deposit, I used a friend's bank account and it worked fine. The second time, after setting up my own account, the app says the transaction is complete but my bank shows no sign of the deposit. I am a Poshmark ambassador and top seller. Recently, I was accused of selling a replica Gucci Indy hobo, which is untrue. The bag was sold in June, and the buyer had it repaired before reselling it on Poshmark. Poshmark contacted me on 10/8, claiming the bag was not authentic, resulting in the suspension of my account. The issue lies with the alterations made by the buyer, potentially affecting the authenticity of the bag. Moreover, there is uncertainty if the bag the buyer sold was the one I originally sent. Poshmark suspended my account without investigating further and demanded $[redacted] through PayPal for the bag's return, but I have yet to receive it as of October 20. Despite numerous emails sent, there has been no response from Poshmark. I am a trustworthy seller and do not deserve this treatment. I request the prompt return of my bag and the reinstatement of my account.

I mistakenly shipped two items to the wrong buyers. Poshmark provided shipping labels for the buyers to exchange their items. The Coach wallet reached the correct buyer and was accepted. However, the Marc Jacobs bag has not been sent to its rightful owner yet. The sender mentioned losing the shipping label and has been giving conflicting responses regarding the shipment status. I contacted Poshmark for a new label on October 16th, but have not received a response. I am unsure if the bag has been shipped. I am requesting either a refund and the return of the bag or for it to be sent to the intended buyer, bisit. The buyers involved are eden_frost and bisit. Eden_frost received the Coach wallet, but bisit has not yet received the Marc Jacobs bag. I would appreciate a prompt resolution as it has been almost a week since I requested the new label.

I encountered difficulties when the seller became uncooperative after I mentioned that I had the bag authenticated by Authenticatefirst.com for $30, as the bag was priced at $[redacted] and not verified by Poshmark.
Once Authenticatefirst requested more pictures due to the unclear images on the website, the seller ceased communication, leading to the authentication process being incomplete.
