Help with my PoshMark issue

I emailed twice already. I have gotten no response. Postmark cancelled my order while I had just dropped it off at the mail like * hours before they cancelled it. I got my funds taken out, and the lady who cancelled the order now has the jacket she made me put on hold for her for * weeks and then scammed me and deleted her account this is ridiculous because she also had me ship it a certain way and i ended up having to get extra boxes and stuff to protect the jacket and i spent all this extra money and postmark wont even get back to me and i cant understand this. this is unreal how am i supposed to do business and this company cant even help us grow and wont email me back but allow us to get scammed.
GetHuman-beccace did not yet indicate what PoshMark should do to make this right.
