The issue in GetHuman-apacheca's own words
I contacted Poshmark Friday August **, **** approximately **:**pm when * very expensive orders were finally delivered after about * weeks and the boxes were delivered with the post office taped sticker that the box was damaged both packages were out of New York and I did contact the postmaster general about this but both boxes actually were not damaged the sticker was to cover up the opened box my items were removed and actual garbage was replaced and then sent to me when I contacted the postmaster general she ‘marry’ to be exact finished my sentence before I really began telling her what happened and the information she provided me was the packages were held at a particular New York post office and then sent out about * days later that was about all she could tell me about my exact issue but she did say it was a fraud*theft ring and it is now Poshmark’s job to follow through and find out what happened since they are the guaranteer of the merchandise and they have the contact with the USPS and all sellers are forced to use the USPS that they need to issue my refund immediately and figure it out after I get my refund except Poshmark isn’t even replying to my emails or the process that they require someone to do to get a refund I think it is absurd that it is now Monday August **,**** and I have no refund I’m about to press federal charges against them for blatantly ignoring my continuous emails and efforts to get my money back I’ve now read how Poshmark doesn’t refund people they ***** them over as long as they get their money they don’t care about what happens to the customer also it is beyond absurd that there is no phone support it’s just another way to not return my money and ignore me I’m at the point of getting on a plane and going to their headquarters and ‘handling’ this situation my way!! Poshmark owes me $***.** plus one of the sellers gave me a birthday gift another Chanel serum valued at $*** it was a full size I expect that as well and the loss of sleep and being able to concentrate on anything else besides getting my money back for the last * days I’m about to sue them for $*** per hour since my first reporting for mental distress and physical distress this is causing me!! All they need to do TODAY IS RETURN MY $***.** to my bank account along with the $*** for the birthday gift I didn’t receive either!!
I want my money refunded to me on my bank card of $***.** plus the birthday gift I was supposed to get was a value of $*** I want that refunded to me and since the bag I was supposed to get is not available anywhere from anyone or store I want mental distress pay in my posh account so I can buy other bags one I really want is $*** so I’ll take $*** to purchase that bag too!! And I want it today
