Good evening, I would like to share my recent experience at Popeyes, store #[redacted], located at [redacted] Colonel Glenn Road in Little Rock, Arkansas. On Thursday, April 8, [redacted], at 8:00 pm, I encountered several issues during my visit. After waiting 10 minutes in the drive-thru line, I was initially told the card reader was down, only to be later instructed to return and wait in line again because it was working. However, the service did not improve as I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to place my order, faced a lack of apology or acknowledgment, and had to park and wait for my food until 8:45 pm with unresolved issues. The manager offered a free dinner as compensation, but due to the poor experience, I declined and expressed my dissatisfaction. I recently visited your establishment and encountered a frustrating experience that I wanted to share. When I went to pick up my order, it took quite a while to place the order and when I got home, I realized two items were missing. I had to drive back to the restaurant where there was a long line at the drive-thru. I tried to go inside but despite my efforts, an employee locked the door right in front of me. When I finally got my order, the manager and the woman at the window were both very rude. This happened at the Broussard location on Highway 90. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've experienced rude behavior from your staff. Despite enjoying the food, the customer service has been consistently lacking. I believe addressing these issues is crucial to retain loyal customers like myself.

Subject: Disappointing Experience at Popeye's Store in Sterling, VA I recently purchased a Flounder Fish Sandwich at the Popeye's store on Rt. 7 in Sterling on April 23, [redacted], around 2:30 PM. While I've enjoyed this sandwich in the past, this time it was a major letdown. The fish in the sandwich was thin and compressed, lacking flavor, and had a foul taste. The sandwich was poorly assembled, with the bread seemingly wet and soggy, and both the sandwich and fries were barely warm. I threw most of the sandwich away due to its unpleasant taste and overall poor quality. This experience has unfortunately made me reconsider visiting any Popeye's store in the future. It's disappointing how one bad meal can impact a customer's perception of a brand. On a separate note, it would be convenient if Popeye's accepted American Express as a form of payment. The fish was flat and lacked substance, the sandwich was poorly assembled, and both the sandwich and fries were barely warm, as if left out for a long time. Most importantly, the sandwich had a bad, off-putting taste which was different from my previous experiences with Popeye's fish sandwiches. The overall quality was so poor that I had to throw most of it away. This experience has made me reconsider returning to Popeye's in the future, as it was a waste of money and left me extremely dissatisfied. I felt it was important to share this feedback as one bad experience can result in a lost customer and impact future decisions about dining at Popeye's or any other location. Quality control is key in maintaining customer satisfaction. On a side note, it would be convenient if Popeye's accepted American Express as payment, although this was not a deciding factor in my overall experience.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Calumet City, IL location on Sibley and State Line road. When I asked the drive-thru staff to read back my order, their disrespectful attitude was evident. The employee read my order back quickly and unclearly. When I reached the window to discuss, the staff member slammed it shut, rudely dismissing me. A young manager then used offensive language towards me, which was extremely unprofessional. This incident occurred around 1:25pm. On 5/14/21, I visited the Popeyes on Chambers & Colfax to buy a fish sandwich and asked for it to be fresh. When I got the sandwich, it was room temperature. I went inside to ask for a new one, but the mashed potatoes had gravy despite my no gravy request. The employee named Joel insisted it was fresh, pushed the sandwich back, and walked away when I asked for a replacement. When I requested again, he refused and left once more. I ended up asking for a refund. I didn't see the need for the difficulty in preparing a fresh sandwich, especially since I was polite. Despite wanting to try the new fish sandwich, this incident makes me unsure if I'll return to Popeyes.

I am disappointed in my recent drive-thru experience. I used a survey code for a free 2-piece chicken with the purchase of a large beverage. However, when I arrived at the window, I was charged more than expected. I explained the promo code to the cashier, but he insisted I had also ordered fries and a 2-piece dinner. The manager, Yady, was unhelpful and refused to refund me, despite the survey clearly stating the chicken should be free. As a frequent customer at this Popeyes location, I expect a prompt resolution to this issue and will escalate it further if necessary.

I recently dined at Popeye's located at [redacted] Pacific Coast Highway in Lomita, California, on May 17th, [redacted], at 9:51 PM. I attempted to order meals with chicken breast, understanding there may be an additional cost for white meat. I was informed they were out of chicken breast and would need to wait 25 minutes to cook some. However, they had stopped making new chicken due to previous complaints about closing after 11 PM. I believe they should continue offering a full menu until the last customer is served. Additionally, I ordered a non-sweet iced tea but received a sweet iced tea instead. I had to settle for chicken finger meals as they were one of the few options left with white meat. I am requesting two meals and drinks be compensated for the inconvenience and the limited menu availability. Thank you.

I dined at Popeye's in Milwaukee, Wisconsin yesterday located at [redacted] West Capitol Drive. The staff at this location was extremely impolite, especially the manager who contributed to a lengthy wait of 20 to 40 minutes in the drive-thru only to be informed they had run out of various menu items, including mashed potatoes, red beans and rice, and chicken tenders. I was subjected to offensive language, told not to return, and even insulted. This incident deeply upset my family, and I seek resolution. I utilized your online catering platform to place an order on May 7th, [redacted] for a pick-up on May 14th, [redacted], at 11:45 am, totaling $[redacted].79. I ordered lunch for my co-workers to reward their hard work. Upon sending my colleague to collect the order, I was informed it wasn't ready. The store manager mentioned they might not be able to fulfill it, even though my colleague had the confirmation. After a frustrating ordeal, I re-ordered and had to pay again. Despite promises of prompt refunds and corporate follow-up, I received no resolution. Multiple calls to the helpline proved unhelpful and filled with false assurances. Is there a shortage of red beans at Popeyes in Andalusia? I've noticed that almost every time I visit, they are either out of red beans and rice or the portion is mostly rice with just a few red beans. This signature side used to have a nice balance of beans and rice, now it seems like it's mostly rice. I'm frustrated that I paid $2.80 for mostly rice. The service seems to have declined as well; multiple times they have been out of menu items like coleslaw, limited options for chicken boxes, and even ran out of beignets. The lack of consistency and quality at the Andalusia location is disappointing for a long-time customer like myself. It's not about blaming the employees but rather improving the training and management to provide a better experience.

I recently visited the [redacted] N. Green Bay Rd Popeyes in North Chicago, IL and had a frustrating experience. I wanted to share my experience as a senior citizen with a home health worker who visits me weekly. Every Tuesday, we go to this specific Popeyes location for a special deal. Today, we were told we couldn't place both our orders together on one ticket, even though I was paying for both. The employee insisted that we needed to come inside to place the second order. The manager supported this decision, stating it was company policy. This rule had never been an issue in the two years we've been coming here. I am experiencing difficulties accessing the Popeyes menu on their website without needing delivery or pickup. I tried pretending to schedule a pickup, which did display the menu but required my address to find the nearest location. Although there is a Popeyes less than two miles away, the website claimed there wasn't one nearby. When attempting to contact them through the provided form, I encountered issues with agreeing to the terms of use, leading to my comment not being sent and the form resetting. I had a terrible experience with the Popeyes online app and the East Cypress restaurant. The employees were rude, except for the manager, who was somewhat helpful. They did not want to assist me when I mentioned their app was down. After facing difficulties, the manager suggested it might be an issue with my card, despite my insistence that it was fine. I had to go through the drive-thru to place my order, even though the register was right there. When I finally got my order, the manager seemed unsure about honoring the deal we had discussed previously. I was shocked and frustrated by the poor treatment as a paying customer.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Popeyes for over a week now. Despite reaching out to the corporate office to file a complaint, I was only offered a $10 coupon by Zara and when I declined, requesting a refund instead, I never heard back. Following up with corporate yielded no response either. This lack of communication is unprofessional and unacceptable. My recent order was incorrect, forcing me to spend extra money elsewhere to feed my children. I have expressed dissatisfaction with Popeyes multiple times in the past months, and I urge someone to address and resolve this ongoing problem promptly. For the past two years, I've been a loyal customer of your Spicy chicken sandwiches through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, during this time I have been unable to place online orders. The Lynn MA store located at [redacted] Boston Street has repeatedly claimed that online ordering would be available within a week, but after checking multiple times over the past two years, the website still says it's closed. Whenever I've asked the store about this issue, they keep insisting it will be fixed within a week, a promise that has been unfulfilled for two years now. It seems like the staff at this location is not taking action to enable online orders. Furthermore, I've personally witnessed staff mistreating customers and prioritizing quicker orders over larger ones, making longer waits necessary. On May 22, I visited the Popeye's location in Bartlett to order 2 iron chicken meals. It was advertised on signs and the menu board, but unfortunately, they did not offer the item. Despite pointing out where it was advertised, I was rudely told they don't have to sell it just because it's displayed. I called customer service and left a message but never received a response. Today, when I went to another location on Austin Peat Highway in Memphis to order a 14-piece chicken bucket with a $22.99 coupon, they told me they only had spicy chicken, not mild as I requested because my wife cannot eat spicy. This was around 11:30. It was frustrating to be told they were out of mild chicken when I had a coupon. These recent experiences and the lack of follow-up have been disappointing.

I was at Popeyes and noticed the price on the sign didn't match what I was charged. I spoke with the manager, Mrs. Ann, who informed me the price had gone up. I suggested they update the sign to reflect the new price, but she stated she just works there and doesn't handle that. Despite being a manager there for over 15 years, she refused to honor the advertised price. Reluctantly, I paid for my order, but then encountered another issue when Patricia said they don't offer senior citizen discounts on specials, despite doing so in the past. I pointed out that she had authorized it before, but she insisted it was not their policy. It was frustrating to experience this inconsistency.

We visited the Popeyes in Seffner, Florida, at 9:15 pm and encountered a disappointing experience. Although their posted hours indicated they should be open until 11:00 pm, they unexpectedly closed at 9:45 pm. Despite waiting in line for half an hour, we were rudely informed they were closed at the order speaker and then disconnected abruptly. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customers is completely unacceptable. In a time where businesses are working hard to recover from the pandemic, their behavior is particularly disheartening. We will not return to this location and will go out of our way to Brandon instead. We plan to inform others about our negative experience and will escalate the issue with corporate.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience at a local Popeyes location. When I called the store, it went to voicemail as it wasn't set up to take messages. I visited this Popeyes today and ordered a spicy five-piece chicken tender and a spicy chicken sandwich. At the drive-thru, I confirmed with the staff that I wanted both items to be spicy. Unfortunately, when I got home, both the tenders and the sandwich were mild, despite their assurances. Additionally, I didn't receive my dipping sauces and there was no receipt in the bag. Despite the mix-up, the workers were polite and respectful throughout.
