I am disappointed with the 2 large sides I received from Popeyes along with cold, dry chicken. As a busy mother of three working full-time, I was exhausted and decided to treat my kids to dinner from Popeyes. Upon arrival, the chicken was dry and the large sides were barely filled halfway, despite paying extra for them. There was only enough for one serving when combined. After a 12-hour day, I had to cook again while tending to a crying infant so my kids could eat. Despite spending over $30, the meal was inedible. I hope this matter can be addressed at the location to prevent future occurrences. We are loyal Popeyes customers, and this experience was disappointing. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently ordered a chicken sandwich at Popeyes after being away from the country for two years. Despite the high cost, I was eager to try it as it's highly recommended. Unfortunately, my experience at the Popeyes on [redacted] Ih 10 West, San Antonio, TX was disappointing. The chicken sandwich I received was cold, with wilted lettuce, and tasted excessively salty. I didn't complain at the time to avoid confrontation with the staff. This experience has left me frustrated, as I've never encountered such poor quality food at Popeyes before. The location seemed rundown, adding to my disappointment. I won't be returning as a customer and feel compelled to share my negative experience with others.

I recently visited your new location on Long Hill Rd in Groton, Connecticut. My experience was very disappointing. Firstly, the employee who assisted me at the drive-thru window was extremely rude, even though I only had to wait for two cars ahead of me. Secondly, she incorrectly claimed that the chip in my debit card was "useless," despite my knowledge as a bank employee that this was not true. Additionally, she was unprofessional by throwing my food at me and discussing other employees inappropriately within earshot. To make matters worse, my food was served cold and the sauces I requested were missing. This negative experience occurred at a location that had only recently opened. Unfortunately, I will not be returning as a customer.

On Thursday night, 07/29/21, my family and I experienced a disappointing incident at the Popeyes drive-thru located in Kissimmee. After waiting for over an hour, we were informed by the Puerto Rican manager that we needed to pay in cash for our order, which we were not aware of earlier. Despite our frustration, the manager responded rudely, using offensive language towards us based on our nationality. This behavior was unacceptable, and I felt compelled to share this incident to bring attention to the lack of professionalism displayed.

I visited Popeyes in Orange City last Saturday night around 9:30 pm. The drive-thru had a line of 5-6 cars, which I understand can cause delays. When I placed my order, the person taking it was rude and disrespectful. Despite repeating our drink order multiple times, it was still forgotten; fortunately, another employee with pink hair brought it out to us. The atmosphere seemed tense with one lady's angry behavior affecting everyone around her. On a positive note, the guy at the window was polite and professional despite our order being completely wrong and the chaos. It appears the lady might have had a rough night, but it's important for her to improve her tone when speaking to customers and especially her team members.

I am uncertain about the situation at the Popeye's on Barataria Boulevard in Marrero, Louisiana. The drive-thru queue is consistently lengthy, enduring waits of around 30 minutes, regardless of the time. The service seems far from speedy. Waiting for food while seeing employees unworriedly socializing can be frustrating, especially when loved ones are waiting at home. The sight of employees on their phones lacks consideration for waiting customers. The line sometimes even extends onto the highway, posing safety issues. It would be great if these concerns could reach the appropriate person. Despite my doubts, I hope for a positive outcome. Enjoy the rest of your evening.

On July 30th at 4:29 pm, I visited Popeyes location number [redacted] on Tremont and Webster. I ordered a $5 shrimp and fries box, a chicken sandwich, and a frozen lemonade. The cashier informed me they no longer had shrimp, but she suggested the popcorn shrimp. I agreed, asking for the meal box. Despite the busy wait, she brought a small box with insufficient food and charged me $19.02 for the items. I feel this is inaccurate as it should not have totaled that amount. I am a devoted Popeyes customer and would like the difference refunded or credited back. I cherish Popeyes and hope this one error will not deter my loyalty. On August 7, [redacted] at 2:10 PM, I visited store #[redacted] and noticed a crowd of about 5 people waiting for their orders. It seemed the store was struggling with staffing. After waiting for about 10 minutes, customers in line began to voice their frustrations with the long wait times. An employee, an African American woman with a blonde wig and two nose piercings, responded rudely by suggesting customers find another place to eat. I expressed my dissatisfaction, requested a refund, and received it without any intervention from the manager nearby. The store appeared unclean with an excessive number of flies. I plan to contact the health department to inspect the store on Monday. Overall, I left disappointed with the experience and suggest the store consider a fresh start with new staff members.

I went to the Popeyes in Garden City, Georgia on 07/22/[redacted] around 7:00 p.m. I waited in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes. After waiting, I decided to go inside to get my food. When I got home, my sandwiches were cold and not made correctly. I spent $42.74 on my dinner that night. Feeling frustrated, I called the store to complain. The manager promised to refund the amount back to my credit card within 3 business days. However, I have yet to receive the refund. Can someone assist me in resolving this issue? Thank you.

Yesterday evening on 8/23/21, I ordered eight pieces of chicken with two large sides of mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Unfortunately, they were out of those sides, so I opted for two bowls of rice and beans instead. When I got home, I was surprised to find that the side dishes were mainly water with a small amount of beans and mushy rice. Exhausted from a long day at work, I called the restaurant to express my disappointment. The person who answered claimed to be the manager but hung up on me as I was explaining the issue. I tried calling back four times but was met with a loud ringing each time. This behavior was unexpected as I have dined at this location many times without incident. I took this picture to show I might be waiting for a bit. However, I want to share what happened next.
Tonight at the Winnsboro, Louisiana Popeyes, I found myself in a long line behind a city police officer and sheriffs deputy. To my surprise, the employees turned off the lights and began turning customers away one by one, even after making us wait.
When I reached the window, the lady informed me they were closing early because they were tired. Despite pointing out the waiting line and the fact that they were supposed to close at 10pm, they insisted on closing early.
After being turned away, I decided to leave and join both officers at Sonic. I usually support Popeyes as it is my dog's favorite, but this experience has left me disappointed.
I understand that everyone is tired and short-staffed, but it was disheartening to see multiple customers, including law enforcement officers, being turned away without service. I hope that this feedback helps improve customer service and prevents premature closures in the future.

I waited for 40 minutes in line at the Randolph, MA location on August 26th, [redacted], at 7:35 PM. The three employees on duty were more focused on chatting with a friend and petting a dog in a vehicle than helping customers efficiently. Their lack of concern shown for those waiting in line was evident as they chatted and joked with their friends in the drive-thru.
When I finally reached the window, my order was incorrect, and they wanted me to park and wait for the correct items. Despite already waiting for an extended period, they provided no estimate for when my order would be ready. After receiving the corrected order, I noticed I was charged for a frozen lemonade instead of a regular one, and the biscuits were missing. This experience was not only frustrating but also demonstrated a concerning lack of customer service and disregard for food and COVID safety measures.

I placed a delivery order on 9/11/21 with the restaurant. I received order# [redacted] and receipt #28. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect. They missed a spicy chicken sandwich, the nuggets and my chicken sandwich were both cold. I contacted the store and spoke with Ernesto to address the missing items and the cold food. Ernesto mentioned he couldn't refund my credit card or provide the missing sandwich, but offered a free sandwich on my next visit to make up for the mistake. Additionally, the sauces provided were BBQ instead of tartar sauce without prior notice. Ernesto mentioned they had asked me about the substitution at the pick-up window, which was confusing since this was a delivery order. I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and I am requesting a refund for the order.

I visited the Popeye's in Cockeysville, MD to bring dinner home for my family after a long day working at a Baltimore, MD hospital. When I arrived at the drive-thru, it took about 5 minutes to be acknowledged, setting the tone for a disappointing experience. My order was initially taken incorrectly, and despite correcting it, upon receiving it, I had to return to the window as my chicken nuggets were missing.
Expecting a 16-piece family meal with original chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, mac and cheese, 12-count nuggets, and chicken fingers, I was dismayed to find I received 16 pieces of spicy chicken (only thighs and legs), mashed potatoes without gravy, 6-count nuggets instead of 12, and no chicken fingers. The $58 meal was not what I ordered, and my family, especially not fans of spicy or limited white meat, was left hungry.
I attempted to contact the store for a resolution and a gift card to cover the cost but received no answer despite multiple calls. This disappointing experience has left me questioning the level of service at Popeye's. I await a response to rectify this situation.

Hello, I'm Arthur from Upstate New York, Syracuse. I wanted to share my concerns about the cleanliness of the Popeyes branch across the street. The establishment seems to lack proper cleaning and maintenance as the garbage is overflowing and litter is scattered all around. Additionally, there have been issues with incorrect orders due to what appears to be a staff turnover without adequate training. During my recent visit to Popeye's Chicken on Albemarle Road in Charlotte, North Carolina, I encountered a situation that left me quite disappointed. I presented two coupons for the five-piece meal deal, hoping to split the order between myself and a friend. The assistant manager is not effectively running the store and is only 16 years old, lacking appropriate knowledge. He inconsistently adjusts employees' hours without authority and prevents breaks while taking his promptly. He shares incorrect information with staff and inspects wages. Despite my missing day's pay being known by both the general and assistant managers before payday, no action was taken, and they seem unconcerned. Rumors circulate that the Crosby location's managers are in cahoots, evidenced by their behavior.

I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich without pickles and a sweet tea. When I received my food and checked with the staff, the employee assured me it was a Spicy Chicken Sandwich without pickles. However, upon inspection, I found out it was actually a Classic Chicken Sandwich without pickles. I went back through the drive-thru, explained the issue, and the staff showed me that there were no pickles in the sandwich. Despite this, they gave me a Classic instead of a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The interaction was unpleasant as they seemed to doubt me and did not apologize. This incident occurred at 2:15 PM on a Wednesday with minimal traffic in the drive-thru. This has happened to me before, and it's disappointing. The lack of apology and poor customer service make me hesitant to return to this Popeyes location, store number [redacted] with Host number [redacted].

I am reaching out about the unsatisfactory customer service I experienced at the Popeyes on [redacted] E. 103rd Street in Chicago on November 30, [redacted]. When I went through the drive-thru to order a 10-piece mixed signature chicken or tenders, 2 large sides, and 5 biscuits, along with a 12-piece nuggets meal and extra dipping sauces, I noticed my order was missing the large sides (mashed potatoes & mac-n-cheese) that I had requested using coupon code [redacted].
After politely inquiring about the missing items, the drive-thru employee insisted I had ordered a different meal despite me showing her the coupon I used. The employee's rude and unprofessional attitude during this interaction was surprising. When I asked for additional food to feed my family, I was told to leave and reorder due to their long line.
Upon returning home, I called the store multiple times to speak with a manager, but my calls went unanswered. I found the employee's behavior completely unacceptable and am disappointed by the level of service I received.
I kindly ask for immediate disciplinary action to be taken against the employee and manager at this location.

The incident report was done on a blank sheet of paper, and I doubt it was properly entered into the system. I took photos of the paper and the wet floor in the establishment.
