I came to the Popeye's on American Legion Highway in October I bought a four piece dark meat and two biscuits when I got home my chicken was cold and I only had one biscuit and no pepper I called Popeyes and told him what happened they told me when I come back to Massachusetts because I live in New Hampshire to come in and I would get a four piece and two biscuit replacement. Tonight I came to Popeyes and ask to speak to the general manager and told him my situation. He said we don't just go around giving away free chicken he was very rude and arrogant to me walked away and just ignored me. I bought two *-Piece and two biscuits meals and I paid $** and some change no problem but he was so nasty to me in front of all the other customers yelling at me I asked him for his name and his position and he told me is none of my business. I asked one of the other employees can I please have his name and his position one of the other employers gave me his name and his position his name is Lee f i p p s. Or f i p p s Lee. And he is the general manager he's a arrogant rude individual I was very embarrassed walking out of the store and I will never use that Popeyes again. I live in Nashua New Hampshire I come here every second week of the month to have family time and we always use this Popeyes but my family will no longer use this Popeyes Alice something is done about that manager. I'm still angry and I am out of a box of chicken. * piece dark meat and two biscuits. The manager told me to come in the next time I come to Massachusetts they would replace my order. And that did not happen and I'm very upset about that. My name is Lavernis Smith. And I'd like to know what you're going to do to correct this mistake.
