I ordered a three-piece meal with all thighs for $3.99 but was charged an extra dollar for all thighs. My bill totaled $5.38. Unfortunately, they gave me three legs instead of thighs, which I only realized once at work as I was unable to return during my lunch break. I am frustrated as I couldn't eat lunch, causing a bad headache, and wasted gas traveling back to the store. Can you please inform the store of their error and reimburse me for the meal, wasted gas, and headache? My receipt number is #[redacted] with server #49. Hello, my name is Maria Z. I recently visited your Popeyes restaurant in El Paso, TX. I asked Maite, the cashier, about the special which included a 9-piece combo with thighs, legs, biscuits, and mashed potatoes. However, when I checked my order, there were only 2 legs, some thighs, and 4 wings (which were not part of the order). I did not want to speak to the manager as they are often busy and take a long time to come over. This is not the first time this has happened, and I would appreciate if this issue could be resolved as I expect to receive what I ordered. I work in a restaurant as well, and I understand the importance of providing customers with the correct order. My order number was #[redacted] for takeout, even though I had planned to dine in. I would like to share my experience at Popeyes, specifically Store #[redacted] in Bakersfield, California. Yesterday, while at the store, my heels got stuck in the rubber mat by the drink machine causing me to fall and hit my head on the door frame. Despite the accident being witnessed by staff, no one assisted me except a concerned cashier. When I requested to fill out an accident report, the manager seemed untrained and uncooperative, stating they did not have accident report forms. After visiting my doctor, I was diagnosed with a concussion and I am currently awaiting MRI results. The manager's lack of professionalism and handling of the situation was disappointing. Additionally, the dangerous condition of the rubber mat should be addressed to prevent future incidents.

I am a frequent customer at the Popeyes location on [redacted] Austin Bluffs Parkway in Colorado Springs, CO. Every Tuesday, I typically order two pieces of white meat for $1.99 each as part of a special offer. Yesterday, on February 12, I visited the drive-through and experienced an issue with my order. Despite trying to clarify my order, the staff initially quoted a higher price. When I pointed out the error, they insisted on charging me $5.62 instead of the correct amount of $4.31. Despite my attempts to explain the correct total, they were uncooperative and rude. Frustrated by their attitude and poor customer service, I requested a refund and left the store. This incident is not an isolated one; I have encountered similar problems with my orders on multiple occasions. I have decided to avoid this particular Popeyes location in the future and seek out alternative stores for my purchases. It is disappointing to receive such inadequate service, and I hope that the management addresses these issues promptly. I work at the Popeyes located at [redacted] North Rock Road in Wichita, KS. I believe it's important to escalate my concerns above the General Manager because I feel bullied by my coworkers and management. I missed work yesterday due to feeling overwhelmed and not wanting to face another day of tears like I have recently. Working 13 days in a row without a break is unacceptable, especially as a new employee. I admit my mistakes and take responsibility for them, even when it's not entirely my fault. Hello, I'm Jannie Wilson. I used to work at Popeyes before being unexpectedly let go. I'm unhappy with how they handled the situation and I feel it was unprofessional. I was fired for smelling like smoke even though I wasn't under the influence. I had no choice but to wear the jacket as I shared a ride that day. They sent me home without a warning or write-up, and then informed me they were letting me go when I was meant to return to work. I believe I should have received at least three write-ups before being terminated, as per company policy. I am confused and frustrated as I feel I lost my job unjustly.

On Friday, February 15, [redacted], at 6:23 pm, I visited the drive-thru at Popeyes and ordered the 9-piece chicken meal. However, I was disappointed to find feathers on the wings. When I called to speak with the Manager, I was told she was not the one on duty that night. I expressed my concerns about the food quality, but only got a note taken. I believe good customer service is lacking at the Whalley Ave New Haven Ct store. As someone with 35 years of experience in customer service, I know the importance of proper food preparation and great attitude. I have been employed at Popeyes for approximately 2 weeks. My case manager requested a verification of employment form to assist with a bill. I informed my store manager, Jessica, who spoke to the district manager, James. The form was due on February 20, [redacted], but was not completed or faxed. Despite my reminders, Jessica mentioned only James could fill it out. It became a challenge, as Jessica, being the store manager, was unable to handle it. Lack of communication led to the form not being completed, causing me to lose benefits like health insurance and food assistance. This ordeal has left me feeling discriminated against, as it seems the management lacks professionalism and essential skills needed for their roles.

The Popeyes restaurant at [redacted] Middlebelt Rd in Livonia, MI [redacted] used to be a frequent spot for us, but now it's rundown and always out of tenders. Today, 2/24 around 4 pm, we tried to order a meal, but they were out of chicken. Last time, they forgot my order after a 10-minute wait in the drive-thru. The service is consistently disorganized, and the staff can be rude. This place should be inspected and improved urgently.

I visited Popeye's on Victory and Vineland to order chicken breast and biscuits. The young cashier seemed unfamiliar with the process. Due to being a 65-year-old senior, I politely asked for a discount. Unfortunately, the manager, Jose, ridiculed me in Spanish, assuming I wouldn't understand, insinuating I was lying about my age for free food. He laughed with the staff, making derogatory comments. Unbeknownst to them, I understand Spanish, having learned it in college. I let them continue to see how far they would take it and even recorded their conversation and laughter. I visited Popeyes in Humble, TX, and ordered a 6-piece strip meal with Cajun fries, a chicken sandwich meal with red beans and rice, an extra side of red beans and rice, and two banana parfaits. Unfortunately, my order was completely wrong. The chicken sandwich was not plain as requested, the red beans were missing, the chicken tenders were undercooked and not spicy, the fries were cold, I was charged for extra sides I didn't order, and I never received the parfaits. The staff was rude and unhelpful, offering no solution. When I contacted another Popeyes location and went there for a resolution, they refused to help, didn't provide the corporate number, and left me dissatisfied with their service. I am located in London, Ontario, Canada and visited store [redacted] at [redacted] Oxford Street. I ordered the 12-piece chicken with poutine on Friday, March 1, [redacted], at 2:37 PM. My order number is 92. Upon reaching home, I discovered that out of the 12 pieces of chicken, 10 were dark meat. I reached out to the store, but the response I received wasn't satisfactory. The store representative showed a lack of concern and even made a rude remark. I believe this treatment is unacceptable, especially considering my kids, who were excited about the meal, only eat white meat. My order was incorrect multiple times at Popeye's. Originally, I ordered a 16-piece chicken strips meal but received a 16-piece chicken pieces meal with no biscuits. After realizing the error at home, I went back to the restaurant and requested to keep the 3-piece chicken meal but needed the biscuits. Although I emphasized this, the biscuits were forgotten again. Returning a second time, they provided the biscuits, but the 3-piece chicken meal was still missing. I've been trying to contact them since yesterday without success. I just want a refund or the meal I originally paid for.

I purchased a chicken order from Popeyes today at the boardwalk location in Waterloo, Ontario. Upon arriving home and sharing the food with my family, I noticed an issue with one piece of chicken. I recently visited the drive-thru and ordered four meals. After being asked to wait for my order, I realized there was a mistake with one of the dishes. When I went back inside to correct it, the manager asked about my drive-thru order. I mentioned the error with the rice and tried to pay for the correct item. The attitude of the staff member who took my order changed negatively when I pointed out the mistake. Despite her insistence on the correct item, the service was rude. Even after the receipt noted the correct side, the order was still wrong. When I tried to address this, the same staff member was unhelpful. This all occurred at Popeyes #[redacted] in Gonzales, Louisiana, and the lady named Tiffany took my order. I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service displayed during my visit.

I was hired as a cashier at a Popeyes location in Paris, Texas, but received minimal training before being left alone. I was assigned to do lobby duties all day and then moved to sides where instructions were inconsistent. I was pressured to take on additional tasks while struggling to learn. Employees received free food and allowed friends to dine without charge. I only got one 10-minute break while others took longer breaks. The hiring manager favored certain employees with double shifts without considering me. Feeling unfairly treated, I left my shift on Sunday along with another employee. I am seeking assistance from the district manager for Popeyes in Northeast Texas or someone who can address these issues. Despite my efforts to contact Popeyes, I have not received a response or been provided with corporate contact information.

I visited the [redacted] Islington Ave location and ordered a 3 piece meal with just the breast. Unfortunately, the first cashier made a mistake with my order. When a second cashier attempted to fix it, I noticed her handling one of the chicken pieces by placing it on the counter and then back in the box. I questioned her, but she denied doing it. Due to this incident, I decided to cancel my order. I observed her return the exposed chicken piece along with the others back into the batch for serving without any apology or offer to replace it. The whole experience of poor customer service and improper food handling made me leave without having any food.

I am Shannon Saxton, and I have been unsuccessful in obtaining my W2 form despite multiple attempts. I have requested it to be emailed and mailed to me, even visiting the Popeye's location where I worked, but I have not received it yet. This situation is causing significant distress as my daughter and I are homeless and rely on this money to secure housing. During my employment, I experienced challenges with the manager, including witnessing concerning practices. On the evening of 2/23/19, after finishing work at 9:00pm, I visited the Popeyes Drive-thru located at [redacted] Cleveland Avenue, Columbus, OH, [redacted] around 9:10pm. Unfortunately, despite waiting for about 20 minutes in my running car, the male staff member informed me they didn't have enough chicken to fulfill my order for a 10-piece chicken using a coupon. This left me feeling very frustrated as I ended up wasting time and gas without getting my meal.
Following the incident, on 3/6/19 at approximately 4:30pm, I contacted Popeyes corporate office to share my experience. The response from the female representative was positive, and she suggested putting up a notification at the Drive-thru to inform customers about limited chicken availability. However, I believe just reaching out to the manager is insufficient.
As a resolution, I am requesting a $25 gift card compensation for the inconvenience faced at the Popeyes establishment. Kindly provide a response.

I usually receive good service at this location, but tonight on 3/6/[redacted], the cashier, who I have seen be rude to other customers before, was once again out of line. I am a paying customer and a regular here. When I asked for a #7 fresh, I was informed they were not serving tenders even though it was only 9:10 pm. When I questioned why, I was told they were closing soon, which seemed unreasonable. I requested to speak with the manager, and the cashier refused and made inappropriate remarks. I advised her that if her job made her feel that way, she should consider another career. The manager eventually apologized and corrected the situation. The crew member's behavior was concerning, and it's important for them to remember that customers are the reason for their business. I felt really insulted by the cashier's actions.
