I visited the Popeyes located on [redacted] Patapsco Ave. in southwest Baltimore, MD. After ordering food, I went to the restroom in the store. When leaving, the heavy restroom door closed on my right wrist. Seeking help at the counter, the staff, despite noticing the incident, did not offer any assistance. I found this lack of response extremely rude. Even though there were three employees at the counter and only one customer, none of them offered help or even ice. When I requested to speak to the store manager, they seemed unresponsive. It was disappointing that the staff - who seemed to be of Hispanic descent - could suddenly communicate in English when the police and ambulance arrived. I eventually had to call [redacted] for assistance. This experience could have been better if the staff had shown more consideration and provided basic help. I hope the management will ensure better customer service and safety measures in place at the store.

I visited Popeyes about 10 days ago and ordered a 4-piece chicken meal. When I got home, I realized my order was incorrect. I immediately contacted the restaurant and explained the situation. They assured me the next meal would be complimentary and to mention it on my next visit. I returned on 12/16/[redacted] at 3:30 PM to address the issue, but without a receipt, they were unable to assist me. The manager did not come out to speak with me, and I am disappointed with how I was treated. I did not ask for a free meal initially; it was Popeyes who made the mistake with my order and failed to honor their promise. I am unlikely to visit Popeyes again due to this experience.

I have a complaint and a question. I visited the Popeyes on Western and [redacted] Freeway in Oklahoma City on December 17th, [redacted], around 5 p.m. I asked for the Christmas Feast but faced issues customizing my order. I prefer non-spicy chicken but also wanted two spicy breasts. The clerk mentioned this wasn't allowed due to company policy, which left me puzzled as I've always ordered this way. Feeling uncomfortable, I purchased regular chicken instead. To my disappointment, they were out of butter and honey for the biscuits. Upon entering the restaurant, I found the cashier busy counting her drawer for approximately 5 minutes. After patiently waiting, I placed my order, which she then relayed to the staff incorrectly. I promptly corrected her, but her response was very confrontational. Despite my tired state after work, when I tried to address the issue, she refused to serve me, leading to a conflict where she called the police. Another cashier eventually took my order before they arrived. I have been a loyal customer at this Popeyes location in North Chicago, IL, for nearly 19 years and have never experienced such mistreatment. I was informed that the cashier in question was actually the manager on duty at the time.

I am reaching out regarding an incident at the Popeyes in Meridian, Mississippi on Highway 19 involving a manager, Iman, and myself, Kizzie McDonald. I was working my shift at McDonald's on Tuesday night when I overheard Iman having a phone conversation mentioning my name. Shortly after, she tried to physically attack me but was held back by coworkers. She continued to verbally abuse me, causing me to leave work early. Upon discussing the incident with Brittany Jones and my mother, they also found Iman's behavior unprofessional. My mother attempted to address the situation with Iman, but she responded aggressively. This behavior is unacceptable, and I believe her actions did not reflect appropriate managerial conduct. This incident occurred on December 19, [redacted].

I visited Popeye's on American Legion Highway in October and purchased a four piece dark meat and two biscuits. Unfortunately, when I got home, my chicken was cold, and I was missing one biscuit and pepper. Upon contacting Popeyes, they assured me a replacement on my next visit to Massachusetts as I reside in New Hampshire. Today I visited the store, spoke to the general manager, Lee F.I.P.P.S, regarding the issue. However, he was very rude and dismissive, refusing to provide his name and position. Despite purchasing two 4-piece meals for over $10, he humiliated me in front of other customers, not fulfilling the promised replacement. This behavior left me embarrassed, and I will no longer patronize this Popeyes until the matter is addressed. My name is Lavernis Smith, and I am still disappointed and without my correct order.

To Whom It May Concern, I am an employee at the Popeyes on George Washington Hwy. Recently, I was unexpectedly removed from the schedule and reprimanded for an incident that took place a week ago. I strongly believe that this issue should have been addressed promptly when it happened, and I am still waiting to be reinstated to the schedule. It is disheartening that everyone else was aware of my removal before I was, and the reasons behind it. There have been various concerning incidents at the store, such as cash register discrepancies, managers providing alcohol to employees during work hours, and inappropriate relationships among staff members. I recently placed an order at Popeyes for 2 $5.00 4-piece tenders, 2 large drinks, a large fry, and a small red beans. Unfortunately, when I arrived home, I discovered that my box was missing the tenders I had ordered. Upon returning to the store, the staff member insisted that I had ordered regular chicken instead of tenders. I am certain of what I ordered and did not appreciate being argued with as the paying customer. This experience has left me frustrated, and I do not plan to continue spending my money at Popeyes if this is how customers are treated. While this is not the first time I have encountered issues with my orders at this location, it is the first time I am formally addressing a complaint. On December 27, [redacted], I went to your Perris, CA store on N Perris Blvd. I bought a 16-piece family meal (all dark meat, mild) along with an extra 8-piece (all dark meat, mild) and a gallon of sweet tea, plus 6 apple pies. When I got home, I realized all the chicken was spicy, not mild as ordered. I called to explain but was on hold for 25 minutes without anyone picking up. I tried again on December 28, [redacted], was put on hold, and then got a busy signal. I need the chicken replaced as my kids won't eat spicy food. The sides, apple pies, and sweet tea were good, but I had to buy food from McDonald's for my children as your location was too far and the wait was long. Kindly address this issue.

I visited the drive-thru last night around 10 pm and ordered the $20 meal. I requested dirty rice but was informed they were out. At the window, they said there were no breast pieces available. I agreed to wait, but was told it would take 25 minutes. They offered an extra wing as a replacement, which doesn't equate to two breasts. Upon reaching home and trying a piece of the chicken strip, I found them to be extremely salty, making it impossible to eat. I usually dine at your restaurant without any issues. I've tried calling the location for an hour with no response. Even contacting other nearby stores for a district number to file a complaint yielded no answer. This situation is unacceptable. Consuming overly salty chicken, as if someone dumped salt into the mix, is not something customers should experience. Following a visit to the doctor, feeling unwell, I needed a meal to take my medication and rest. I'm now left with inedible food, feeling too unwell to go out again for an alternative. I visited store [redacted] in Warner Robins, GA, where a coupon advertised 5pc mixed or tenders with 2 sides and 2 biscuits for $7.99. I would like to file a complaint on behalf of my fiance, "Edaniel Francia," who works part-time at the Popeyes located at Wilson and Bathurst. Yesterday evening, an incident occurred where his store manager confronted him about his schedule in an aggressive manner. When a coworker asked about his upcoming shifts, he mentioned he was scheduled to work at a different location for the week. In response, the store manager accused him of complaining about his schedule, which was not the case. Subsequently, the store manager began speaking negatively about my fiance, calling him lazy and questioning his dedication since he was new. Unfortunately, she did so in a language she assumed my fiance couldn't understand, adding insult to injury. This led to a heated argument, culminating in the store manager telling him to leave, resulting in his immediate termination. I feel compelled to share this experience as it not only affected my fiance but also raises concerns for future employees. Communication issues shouldn't be handled in such a disrespectful manner, especially by someone in a managerial position who should set a better example. I hope the head office will investigate this incident and address this behavior promptly.

I recently left the Popeyes located at [redacted] SW Port Saint Lucie Blvd on January 29, [redacted], around 11:50 a.m. I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker but had to wait a total of 7 minutes before they took my order. The drive-thru worker lacked basic courtesy, not even greeting me or apologizing for the delay. I ordered a shrimp po boy sandwich, Cajun fries, and a medium Coke but was extremely disappointed. After waiting another 15 minutes at the window, I received my cold food items carelessly thrown into the bag. The sandwich and fries were both cold. The experience was frustrating as the staff seemed more interested in their phones than serving me properly. I didn't even receive napkins with my order. This Popeyes location needs serious improvement in customer service and food quality; otherwise, they risk losing customers to nearby KFC.

Today, around 5:30 on January 29th, [redacted], I visited Popeyes at [redacted] South Stony Island, Chicago, Illinois, store number [redacted]. I ordered two biscuits, one regular-sized cajun fries, and made a separate order for a 3-piece spicy chicken with a biscuit. When I received my order, I found both orders were placed in one box stacked on top of each other. I politely raised the issue at the drive-thru window, but the staff had an unprofessional attitude, claiming there was no problem. I then went inside and spoke with the manager, Ms. Green, who also displayed a negative attitude along with the staff, who were all laughing. Despite my concerns about food handling, they initially resisted separating and repackaging the orders to prevent cross-contamination. They even wrongly stated they had thrown my food away. The staff did not apologize or handle the situation properly. This lack of professionalism from the employees, including the manager, is unacceptable. I expect prompt action and improvement in their behavior.
