I was charged *.** for a *.** Order and when I went to talk to manager she was rude to a customer that was in front of me and wouldn't come talk to me I went back the next day she still was rude telling me in front of customers that she was busy then said that the receipt I had was the wrong receipt?????????* I'm trying to understand so I told her that she needs to give me my difference back because I was over charged I only got the Speacial nothing else not even a soda so I asked her was she so rude because she could look at the cameras and see I didn't get anything but that *pices of chicken and was charged **cents for a biscuit I wasn't acting rude or cursing or loud I was very caring and concerned because I'm a customer that was over charged and talk to very rude it's not right and also this is very bad customer service over a few dollars that could have been done differently you can't be rude to customers especially when you're a Manager and she should not be allowed to treat customers like this because if we didn't go in the location you wouldn't be open I just want my money for want I payed for because this don't make any since so can someone please contact me about this issue
