I am having trouble accessing my level 32 account with the username Judikay33. My top Pokémon include a Metagross, a Shiny Liger, and Dragonite that I evolved. I have other Pokémon ready to evolve pending field research outcomes. I recently obtained a legitimate Gyarados after previously acquiring soft-banned ones. I used bots initially to compete, unaware how quickly others obtained strong Pokémon like Gyarados and Snorlax, but have since discontinued this practice. I fear someone may cause harm to my progress in the game. Please assist me in recovering my account promptly. Thank you. - Judikay33

I don't have an issue; I'm looking for a special Pokemon gift for my son's 12th birthday tomorrow. My son loves Pokémon GO, which helps him stay active. Since both his and Pokémon GO's birthdays are approaching, it would be wonderful to surprise him with a special message or Pokemon. Due to being unemployed, I'm hoping for a budget-friendly way to make his birthday memorable. Wondering if it's possible to send a birthday greeting to his email as well. Thank you for your help!

I am having trouble logging in again. This is my second time creating a new account. I have spent years and a significant amount of money playing this game with my family. I've tried contacting support via email and have only received form responses. I would appreciate a phone call to talk to someone directly. I have attempted troubleshooting on my iPhone but have been unsuccessful. None of the solutions on your help pages, including reinstalling the game, have worked. My account is linked to my Google account, and my username is wildcardiq47.

I am a distressed mother seeking assistance. My son visited a PokeStop on Grand Parkway 99 in Tomball, and unfortunately, it was closed. Tragically, our dog was hit and killed during this visit. I am deeply upset by this incident. It is concerning that a PokeStop was placed near a busy expressway with no nearby businesses, exposing my family and pets to potential dangers. I wish I had been aware of these risks before. This experience has been incredibly upsetting. I can be reached at [redacted]. Thank you, Katrina Urban.

I accidentally created a new account named 3Rick4, which was linked to my Google account and used my email address, causing difficulties tethering my actual account rjdahlia to it. I requested the removal of the unwanted account, which seems to have been done. However, now I am unable to access my main account, potentially due to my email being associated with the Facebook account. I urgently need to regain access as I've invested money into the game and don't want to lose my progress. The malfunction has already caused me to lose time in today's event.

I have recently been temporarily banned from the game due to my cousin's actions involving cheating and spoofing, which is something I never support. I find it unfair to be punished for their actions. I am pleading with Niantic to reconsider the ban so I can participate in upcoming events like the Rayquaza event and the community day this weekend. I am a dedicated fan of the Pokémon series and have been looking forward to these events for a long time. I have noticed many spoofers in the Central Park/Midtown area of New York City, and I hope Niantic can provide support and address this issue. I have not received a proper response from the company, and if this continues, I will have to consider reporting it to the App Store and Google Play. Please help me out as I am eager to continue playing the game.

Hi, I have been using my work email, [redacted] I have now left this job, and this email no longer exists, so I am unable to sign in to my Pokemon Go account where I was level 35. Can you please update my non-existent email from [redacted] to [redacted]? Thank you. For any updates or queries regarding this issue, please email me at: [redacted]

I am curious why the game seems rigged to the point where it's no longer enjoyable. I understand the need to make money, but for players like me who don't spend much, it's frustrating. The Clamperl event required hours of gameplay for very low odds of evolving as desired. The research breakthroughs giving the same legendary repeatedly feels unfair. This constant disappointment discourages me from spending money. The game's mechanics, particularly with eggs, community day, and raids, need improvement. Small town players like me are left out of certain features, creating a sense of exclusion. I'd appreciate an explanation for these issues as they make me reluctant to continue playing. Thank you. Sincerely, Jawn M.

I accidentally created a new Google account instead of logging into my university student account. Now, I'm unable to access my Pokémon GO account as it keeps linking to the accidental Google account. Despite numerous attempts, I cannot retrieve my old account. My Pokémon GO username is Mumrikke. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Dear Niantic, I reside outside town, so when my brother and I drive into town to play, I face issues with the game. I can't interact with most Pokemon while in the car as a passenger. The pop-up confirming my status as a passenger appears after multiple failed attempts, but then all encounters end in auto-fail with one ball. I invest money in the game and feel it's unfair to hinder my gameplay like this. I understand safety concerns regarding speed and distance, but restricting gameplay for passengers seems excessive. While I respect the rules against playing while driving, it's frustrating to face obstacles even when following the guidelines as a passenger. The recent update with the pop-up notification has added more challenges. I believe this approach limits player experience without a valid reason.

Hello, I understand it may not be feasible, but I am inquiring if there is a method, possibly through a GM command, to reverse the evolution of a Pokémon. The situation involves a trade of a [redacted] Pokémon for a shiny Eevee to obtain a shiny Umbreon for Meltan evolution research. Despite fulfilling the 10km buddy walk requirement during the daytime, the Eevee evolved into Jolteon instead of Umbreon by night as expected. Could this be a glitch? I would appreciate any assistance on this matter. Thank you for your attention.

Lately, I've noticed a frustrating issue while battling gyms in Pokémon Go. As I defeat multiple defending Pokémon and get close to emptying the gym, I've observed that more players are somehow entering the gym simultaneously. Interestingly, whenever I attempt to enter a gym that is being attacked by someone else, I receive a notification stating that I can't join until the battle is over. This inconsistency is perplexing as it seems one-sided. It's not due to the gym just being conquered because it starts with a full roster of six Pokémon. Sadly, this discrepancy has resulted in me losing out on over [redacted] coins due to the frequency of this unfair situation happening, especially before raid battles and considering how long I typically hold gyms. I reached out to support on Wednesday, April 3, [redacted], regarding this same issue that I faced previously, but unfortunately, I am yet to receive any response.

I am looking to recover my Pokémon GO account. I have reached out to Pokémon Support via email but have only received automated responses. I now have a different phone number and have started a new player linked to my Facebook account. My old account username is CaptainPballs, with trainer code 2[redacted] [redacted], and the email associated with it is [redacted], which I have had since [redacted]. Despite receiving Pokémon GO emails at that address, I am unable to reset my password as it claims my account doesn't exist. I invested a lot of time and effort into this account, reaching a high level and acquiring numerous legendary Pokémon. I primarily played in Decatur IL, Forsyth IL, Cerro Gordo IL, and La Place IL, with the account created around [redacted]. I took a break but resumed playing between [redacted] and [redacted]. I am desperate to retrieve my account and would appreciate any assistance in recovering it. I am willing to provide any additional information necessary.

I have been trying to resolve this issue for almost a year. I lost access to my old Pokemon Go account when I changed phones. I created a new account and linked it to Facebook, assuming it would be secure. Unfortunately, my Facebook account got disabled, and my inquiries have gone unanswered. I need help accessing my Pokemon Go account. Is it possible to switch the sign-in method to Google or the Pokemon Trainer Club? I have provided my Pokemon Go username "evee0fluffy0god" and my Facebook login "reshking1727" as proof of ownership. I have been waiting for Facebook's response for almost six months, but I fear losing my Pokemon Go account due to inactivity. I checked the help center but couldn't find a solution to this issue. Thank you.

I bought multiple pokecoins, but they haven't appeared in the app. Despite restarting the app and my phone, logging in and out, and reinstalling the app, I still can't see them. I have the Google Play receipts, but the coins aren't showing up. I want to receive the correct amount of pokecoins and refund the accidental purchases. Instead of 50 pokecoins, I should have 9,[redacted] pokecoins.

I am experiencing issues with making purchases on the store due to a recurring "Something went wrong" error. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps like resetting Google Play restrictions, restarting both the game and my phone, and reinstalling the game, I am still unable to complete any transactions. Additionally, I have been charged for Pokecoins amounting to $.99, $4.99, and $9.99 without receiving them. I am frustrated by the lack of human support to address this issue promptly. After reaching out to support, the response received did not address the money deducted from my bank account without corresponding Pokecoins. Expressing my concerns, I reiterated the problem and the urgency for a resolution. I am dissatisfied with the delay in response and the lack of clarity regarding the unauthorized charges. I am seeking a resolution and request a refund or the missing Pokecoins promptly. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Donald Weddle. I reside in Falls City, Nebraska at a longitude of -95.[redacted] and latitude of 40.[redacted]. Over the past few months, there have been multiple vehicles parked in front of my house, claiming to be playing your game. As far as I know, Pokemon creatures are not supposed to spawn in residential areas. Despite this, there seems to be a nest across the street in my neighbor's yard. There are no nearby parks or commercial areas, so these creatures should not be present near my residence. The individuals in these vehicles are suspected drug addicts and dealers surveilling our neighborhood. As I actively work on removing drugs from our community, these individuals are monitoring my home. The police have been unhelpful in addressing this issue. The presence of a Pokemon Nest across the street is not only a nuisance but a safety concern for my family. The situation is escalating, and I urgently request action to be taken. I look forward to your response to this matter.

I've outlined my concern twice now, but each time I try to continue, it disappears. In short, I urge you to remove your product from my residential neighborhood as it attracts drug dealers who loiter there. This situation prevents the police from taking action. If you do not resolve this, I will contact the media outlets I have connections with and pursue legal action as these actions endanger children, including my own. I reside in Falls City, Nebraska, at longitude -95.[redacted] and latitude 40.[redacted]. By eliminating your product, we can deter these criminals from gathering near our children. Thank you for your attention, I look forward to hearing from you.

I am having trouble logging into my Pokémon Go account under the username "BurntNimbus." I took a break from the game due to school and work but now want to start playing again. I cannot remember the password for my Pokémon Trainer Club account linked to my Gmail. When trying to log in using my Gmail, it directs me to a different account named "Ulyssxs." I prefer that my "BurntNimbus" account be connected to my Gmail instead. Can you assist me in resetting the password for my "BurntNimbus" account, please? I believe I was around level 20 last time I played, and my birthday is May 11th. Your prompt response would be appreciated. Thank you. Regards, U.
