Hello Niantic, our family of five enjoys your game, but we have encountered an issue. While appraising our Pokemon, it's too easy to accidentally hit the NEW ATTACK button. This mishap has led to us wasting a lot of Stardust needed to power up and succeed in our community. My children are young and have difficulty avoiding this mistake, even after being cautious. Recently, on 05/04/19 around 9:54, on the account Bluseraphim, we mistakenly powered up an Electabuzz that was meant to be discarded for candy. This also happened to my younger son's account, ApexR3x, causing him to struggle to recover the lost Stardust. The current cost of 75,[redacted] Stardust for a disposable Pokemon is significant and time-consuming to obtain. We would appreciate your assistance with this issue. Additionally, we suggest relocating or making the NEW ATTACK button harder to press as smartphones can be sensitive, especially with excited children. Hello, I am seeking some assistance that I cannot seem to find on support websites. I recently completed a Field Research task and attempted to claim my reward. Unfortunately, I ran out of pokeballs while trying to catch the reward pokemon. I had planned to capture it later when I had more pokeballs, but when I checked my Field Research tasks, the reward pokemon was no longer there! I am disappointed because the reward was a squirtle, and now it has disappeared without any explanation. This situation is new to me, as I have not encountered this issue before. My understanding from online sources was that rewards do not disappear, and there is no limit to the number of Field Research rewards you can keep. Is this not the case? I am extremely disappointed with this company. I was lucky enough to win tickets for the Chicago Go Fest through a lottery. My family and I were ecstatic about going, along with our friends in the game community. However, when I finally had the funds to purchase the tickets the following day, I discovered that the event was already sold out. I am baffled and upset by this situation. Now, I have to break the news to my children that we won't be able to attend because of this oversight. We have invested a lot of time and money into this game, only to have it ruined by this error. I feel like I deserve some form of compensation or credit for this letdown. My trainer name is crazyredheadted.

I recently completed a spooky message special research task, and a new one suddenly appeared. However, the new task showed as [redacted]% complete, allowing me to claim the rewards immediately. Strangely, the rewards were exactly the same as before. After claiming them, the task did not disappear, and I didn't actually receive the rewards. The type of research isn't even specified. This odd glitch has persisted for over two weeks. I've attempted logging out and back in, force closing the app, ensuring it's updated, and restarting my phone, but the issue remains. I'm at a loss for what to do next. Your help in looking into and resolving this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have completed all the tasks for the "A Ripple in Time" quest, and as a reward, Celebi appeared. The issue is that it automatically switched to AR mode, and since my phone does not support AR, I couldn't see Celebi. After switching to the non-AR mode, I am unable to see the capture circle, pokeballs, or berries. When throwing pokeballs, it doesn't register or attempt to catch Celebi. I have put in a lot of effort into this quest, and now I am stuck due to this glitch. This is the first time something like this has happened to me during a quest. I am using an Android device, not iOS. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I attempted to evolve my Eevee into Espeon for a special mission, but it evolved into Jolteon twice instead. I am aware that after walking 10km with Eevee as my buddy, it should become Espeon/Umbreon based on the time of day. I tried this twice with no success. The first time, I walked over 100km, and the second time, over 10km. I am disappointed as I have invested a lot of time and candies without getting the desired outcome. I have previously reported this in the app, but the issue remains unresolved. I am seeking a refund of the candies, transformation of at least one of the Jolteons into Espeon, and recognition of the mission as completed. I hope to receive compensation for the frustration and effort I have experienced.

Hello, I am Maika Hermoso, a Pokemon Go trainer at level 36 from the Philippines with the in-game name Cazeith. I have a concern about a raid I participated in recently. During a tier 5 raid at the Philippine National Museum around 16:40 Philippine time, we were successful. However, I did not get the chance to catch Uxie during the bonus round. Typically, after defeating a raid boss, there should be an opportunity to catch the special Pokemon. This was the first instance where I wasn't able to do so, and I am unsure why. Despite attempts, clicking on the gym only displayed the Pokemon Go boss logo and confetti, without the option to catch Uxie or re-battle. I have attached my account journal showing the raid victory at 16:50 Philippine time with 21 items received, but no chance to catch Uxie. As a dedicated player, I prioritize raid participation, especially for limited tier 5 monsters, and missing out on this opportunity was disappointing. I look forward to your explanation. I was eagerly looking forward to the Detective Pikachu event. I have been walking endlessly since before the event's start time. Unfortunately, my determination to catch Pokémon led me to walk 40km without a break, resulting in a stress fracture in my foot. Despite my efforts, I have caught numerous Aipoms, but none of them were shiny. It is disheartening to see others boasting about their shiny catches on Discord, especially those who do not play fairly. I have sacrificed time with my family, and my husband even managed to catch two shiny Aipoms without much effort. I feel frustrated that my dedication to playing ethically is not being rewarded. This game used to be my escape from depression, but now it feels like a chore. I hope things change so that fair players like me can enjoy the game without feeling disadvantaged.

Hello, I am a new player who started playing two weeks ago. I have multiple accounts that I play every day with a lot of time and effort invested. Unfortunately, I do not know anyone else who plays, so I lack support from other players. As someone who walks instead of using cars, I find it challenging to compete with players who have cars in the game. It's disheartening that I cannot keep a gym for 24 hours due to this. I feel frustrated as I have spent so much time trying to excel and become the number one player. Being a strategy-focused player, it's difficult for me to find people to raid with or to make friends in the game. Thank you.

I have noticed that the EX Raid Gyms seem to be mostly in parks and courthouses, usually found in dark green areas. However, in Sigourney, Iowa where I am a player, our community is active in participating in raids and events, yet we lack EX Raid Gyms. Despite having two dark green areas, one of which is a park, our community has to travel to other locations for a chance at an EX raid. I have previously submitted reports about this issue without any resolution, and it is causing frustration among players, leading some to consider quitting. I am kindly requesting for at least one EX gym to be added in Sigourney, either at the Lionhead statue in the park or the Sigourney courthouse, as both locations meet the criteria of being in dark green areas. I am encountering an issue with the rewards for the daily AI Battle Trainer. Out of 70 battles so far, I have only received stardust for the first battle every day as a reward. I was under the impression that there are various possible rewards, but I have yet to receive any other items. Since PVP is not a reliable option due to my night shift schedule when my friends are unavailable, the AI Battle Trainer is my main gameplay feature at the moment. I am hoping that the rewards for battles can be diversified more frequently so that I have a better chance at earning different items, or perhaps introduce daily or special research quests that offer alternative rewards. I am eager to continue playing, but my progress on completing my Pokedex is hindered by the scarcity of Sinnoh Stones. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have been experiencing issues with the app, particularly during raids where it closes repeatedly causing me to lose Raid passes. Recently, I encountered a problem where my app froze and glitched during an egg hatching, resulting in the loss of a shiny Pokemon without me even getting a chance to see it properly. The glitch led to the Pokemon being transferred unintentionally. I am considering reaching out to Pokémon Go for assistance.

I received an invitation to an EX Raid for myself and a friend at a Starbucks gym located within the Columbus, Ohio airport. However, we are facing a challenge regarding the raid's inaccessible location within the airport, which requires a plane ticket or a security badge for entry. Unfortunately, I cannot access the location without being on the clock, and it's not feasible for my friend to join either. Is it possible to have the pass location changed to a more accessible one? We both play Pokémon Go on iPhones. My username is UCJohnnYB, and I am at level 31 on team Mystic. My friend's username is ISdoubleACG, and he is also on team Mystic at level 29. Our preferred playing areas are Gahanna, Ohio; Pickerington, Ohio; and Pataskala, Ohio, where we are active players. The airport location is solely due to my work there.

I drove 15 minutes to participate in my first Cresselia raid only to encounter an issue. I arrived just in time and teamed up with 4 unfamiliar players. However, when my first lineup fainted, I got unexpectedly kicked out of the raid and couldn't rejoin. This meant that with only 4 players, we couldn't defeat the 5-star Cresselia without me. It's disappointing to have used my raid pass for the day and traveled in the rain, only to face this setback. I didn't receive an error message to screenshot. I hope for a resolution. During a Cresselia raid with a group of approximately 9 players, I was lucky enough to encounter a shiny version. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts, the game prevented me from catching it. Despite being able to catch other Pokémon without any issues, each time I tried to catch the shiny Cresselia, the game closed with a "connection error" message. This situation has left me feeling frustrated. Even with numerous screenshots as proof, the game acted as if the raid hadn't been completed, even though I clearly defeated the raid boss. This resulted in the game prompting me to use another raid pass for the same gym, even though I had technically already completed it. It's disheartening to have invested time and money into this raid only to encounter such technical issues that hinder me from claiming my much-desired shiny Cresselia.

I am a bit confused and hope I can explain this properly! It appears that I have two accounts associated with my email, [redacted] One is under the name 'Babadeboopee' and the other is under 'Marcusottner.' I am currently unable to access my 'Marcusottner' account, which is the one I wish to use. I would like to delete the 'Babadeboopee' account and continue playing with the correct profile. I believe this issue may have arisen when I switched from an Android phone to an iPhone, starting in one account and then switching to the 'Marcusottner' player. Recently, I was logged out, and now when I try to log in, the wrong account loads. I would appreciate it if the 'Babadeboopee' account could be deleted so I can continue playing on the correct profile where I have made significant progress. Thank you.

Dear support team, I recently emailed Robby regarding an issue with my account where I accidentally logged out and am now unable to sign back in. The account "CatchinDragBalz" had valuable Pokémon like a recently evolved Feebas, two Ho-Ohs with CP of 1[redacted], a powerful Vaporeon, and a Tauros at around [redacted] CP. I have since started playing on a new account linked to my email [redacted] I would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering my lost Pokémon or even leveling up my new account by 2-7 levels. My Pokémon keep returning after gym battles, some lasting between 30 minutes to over 5 hours, yet I haven't received any coins. This has occurred 5 times today. Earning coins from defending gyms is crucial for me as I'm nearing my maximum Pokémon storage. It's frustrating that my coin count remains at 48, even after having 5 Pokémon defend. I believe I should have earned at least 50 coins, considering the time they spent defending. However, my coin balance hasn't increased despite their efforts. When I check the shop, it still shows the same 48 coins as before, which doesn't reflect the coins I should have earned from my Pokémon's endeavors in the gym battles.
