Pokemon GO doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Top Tip from another customer
If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

I went to log in to my account one day and found that i was back at level *. i emailed customer service and got generic replies that the email address associated with my level ** account is something other than What i've always used to login. i've even got tons of emails from you guys to prove that my account was previously tied to my real email address. my user name is supermarketjedi. Please help me. these people are hacking everything. i can't even use the internet on any of my devices, except for mobile data. all of myaccounts and devices are hacked and there is a keylogger on my devices, so every time i change a password, they change it to something else so i am locked out of everything except my google. don't let me lose my pokemon account too!
