I need help with my account. It was created last night using [redacted], with the username Smalltownvalues. Around 11:40pm CDT on 3/26/[redacted], someone hacked into it while I was asleep. They changed the account name to Jeff08888 and switched the email to [redacted] Despite using a secure [redacted]-Bit password, I was hacked. I got a password reset email around 1:30am, which I tried but kept getting errors when logging in with the new email. I even tried to create [redacted] as a new Gmail account, but Google says it's already taken. I'm missing important notifications because I can't access the account. I paid $55 for this service yesterday, and now I can't use it. As an IT professional focused on Internet Security, this breach is alarming. Please resolve this issue promptly or provide a refund.

I have discovered that my profile has been hidden for over a year without my knowledge. Recently, on 3/30/[redacted], I received multiple emails informing me of messages sent to me. Upon checking, I realized that these messages were not sent by me. I promptly tried to reset my password, but when I attempted to log in with the new password, it did not match. Subsequently, I was logged out of the app on my phone and prompted for a 2-factor authentication that I couldn't complete due to the lack of text message capability on my landline. Furthermore, the system didn't recognize the landline number when I tried to confirm it. In light of these issues, I would like to remove all pictures from my profile and cancel it altogether since I am no longer in need of a dating app due to being in a relationship now. I have been a user of POF for many years. Around 6 months ago, I encountered an issue where the site stopped sending my "quick messages" without any apparent reason. While I can still log in with my password, browse potential matches, and attempt to send messages, they are not actually going through. Despite receiving a confirmation that my messages were sent, my inbox shows no record of them being delivered. This malfunction has rendered the site useless for me as the main feature is inoperable. It's frustrating to see that while the platform can flag inappropriate language – which I have never used – it fails to address this critical messaging problem. I am facing issues with my POF account. The email tied to it was [redacted] with the username LovesRdrug. I upgraded recently and have proof of payment through PayPal if needed. This morning, I tried to access my account as usual through the app, but it prompted me to enter my username and password which then showed as incorrect despite multiple attempts. Even after restarting my phone, the issue persisted. A friend on POF informed me that when she clicked on my profile picture to message me, a profile named sweetloving 48 appeared instead of mine. This mix-up is preventing me from using the site effectively and potentially impacting my chances of connecting with others.

I recently received a text message from a POF user on my mobile phone. About a year ago, I had subscribed but deleted my account before communicating with a woman. We were close to meeting up but had scheduling conflicts. I then unsubscribed and attempted to delete my profile. Despite this, nearly a year later, the woman claimed I messaged her on POF. As I haven't used the platform in almost a year, I believe someone is using my phone number fraudulently on the site. She even sent me a picture of the individual's POF account using my number. I have been using the POF website for years without any problems as a free user. Recently, I upgraded to a paid subscription and have been facing login issues. Initially, I couldn't log in using my usual email and password, receiving a message stating they didn't match. Despite changing my password to the same one, I could access the site. For the last 4 days, clicking the reset password button after entering my email doesn't prompt a password reset email. There seems to be a situation where someone used my phone number to create an account on your service fraudulently. They used a fake Facebook account pretending to be me, which I have no control over. I have reached out via email three times, but I keep receiving the same response without a resolution. My account was deleted by POF, and I'm trying to create a new one. On the page to activate my account, it asks for my phone number to keep it secure. After providing my number, they claim it's invalid. However, I assure you it is a valid number needed for verification. Can you help me create a new POF account since the old one was deleted? In the past three months, I've been charged by three different websites for a supposed free service linked to the POF dating site. Last night, ROKFEE.COM charged me $64.72, and the previous month, PEAK.COM and VIRTUFEE.COM charged me similar amounts. I contacted ROKFEE.COM this morning to address the unauthorized charge and requested a refund. According to POF, age validation is free, and I provided my credit card details for verification purposes only. I need clarification about the service rendered by ROKFEE.COM to prevent any future unexpected charges. I have also requested them to remove me from their records to avoid further incidents. Bogus.

I need assistance. I believe I was incorrectly banned from POF. I have always adhered to their guidelines and never behaved disrespectfully. Incident: When trying to respond to a message from a user on the site, my replies were not being displayed. Each time I typed a response, it appeared blank after sending. Days later, I found myself banned from the service without explanation. I am unable to locate a valid way to reach out to their support team. I am dissatisfied with the Premium service I paid for as all I am getting is notifications that my messages are being deleted without being read. Even individuals who don't match my preferences are appearing as potential matches. Despite marking them as not interested, they continue to appear again.
