Hello. I am having difficulties accessing my Plenty of Fish account due to issues with my email. Despite this, I have noticed that charges are still being made to my credit card, and my attempts to delete my profile have been unsuccessful. I have tried reaching out multiple times with no response, leading me to involve my ombudsman and considering canceling my credit card. I feel that I have been deceived by your company and if I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will escalate the matter to the Better Business Bureau to seek a refund for the charges incurred over the last 6 months. My account could be registered under the email addresses [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulties accessing my POF account. While using the app, my photos disappeared, and my profile was hidden without my doing. When I tried the desktop version, it rejected my correct password, prompting me to reset it via email, but I never received any reset emails, which I checked in all folders. I have not engaged in inappropriate behavior on the platform and am genuinely looking to meet someone, not for casual encounters. I am puzzled by these issues as they have disrupted a promising connection I had. My username is Vicky3584. I urge prompt investigation and resolution of this matter.

My account has been compromised. An unauthorized person accessed it and is sending inappropriate messages. I attempted to reset my password, but the reset email did not arrive at my email address. The hacker is requesting responses to [redacted] Today, I noticed 19 unusual messages in my account. I am deeply troubled by this breach. When I tried to contact customer service by phone, the number was not in service. I will promptly report this incident to the cybercrime department.

I'm having trouble logging into my account. Even though I'm sure my email and password are correct because I saved them on my laptop, the system keeps saying one of them is wrong. When I try to reset it, I don't receive any email or text to help me. I typically log in multiple times a day until yesterday evening. If this issue isn't fixed soon, I'll have to cancel the card associated with this account and look for alternatives. It's frustrating to pay for a service that I can't use.

I attempted to log into my account but encountered an error message stating it was incorrect. Although I am certain of my email and password, I tried to reset my password, but did not receive the email with the reset link. The night prior, I noticed unfamiliar messages and a change in profile pictures to a woman instead of mine, leading me to suspect my account may have been compromised. While in the process of resetting the password, I was unexpectedly logged out of the app and have been unable to access my account since.

I'm having trouble logging into my POF account even though I'm certain I'm using the correct password. I've tried requesting the password reset link at least 30 times with no success. I've also tried with two different emails but still haven't received anything. I'm frustrated with the lack of customer service and unable to even delete my profile. I don't want them using my pictures. If this isn't resolved soon, I may reach out to the BBB for assistance.

I'm having trouble accessing my POF account because it keeps saying my password is incorrect, even though it's the one I always use. When I attempt to reset the password, I don't receive the email they are supposed to send. I've checked my inbox and spam folder but it's nowhere to be found. My username is Barbiglo and my email is mindkeepernurse @ yahoo.com. I've been attempting to receive the email for months now to reset my password and regain access to my account. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my account as the password is now showing as incorrect. Even though it was saved before and never an issue, I am confused. When manually entering my username (MaybeTribe) and password, it created a new profile unexpectedly, which I interrupted midway. Could you please check on your end if you can locate my profile? It is under the username MaybeTribe, and the bio begins with "You are enough..." I hope to keep using that account without starting from scratch. Thank you, C. Paulson

My PlentyOfFish profile, which I've been using for nearly a year with the username MaybeTribe, is suddenly inaccessible even though my password is usually saved. The profile starts with "You are Enough..." I tried checking it recently and couldn't log in, receiving an incorrect password message. When I tried another login method, it prompted me to create a new profile with a different username and password, which I don't want. My existing profile contains conversations, photos, and detailed bios I'd rather not redo. Is it possible to regain access to my original profile and reset the password via email?

Hello, I'm experiencing a recurring problem with my account freezing. Whenever I reach out to Pof support, the issue gets resolved temporarily. Recently, I got an email stating that my account was deleted, which I did not do. Oddly enough, I'm still getting emails about potential matches, indicating that my account might still be active. I'm eager to sort this out as I'd prefer to remain on the platform or alternatively create a new account. The situation is becoming quite frustrating. Thank you. -Colin Brady

I haven't accessed my POF account in approximately 2 years. Recently, I discovered that my profile is being used for scams. A friend informed me that someone messaged my account, soliciting money for sexual services. Although my friend reported this from their account, I'm struggling to reach POF to ensure the account is permanently deleted. When attempting to log in, my email was unrecognized. It's concerning that my pictures and profile are linked to illicit activities, and I urgently need confirmation that the account has been removed from the platform. Thank you for your help.

My name is Helen Lawrence, and I am a paid member of POF. I have unfortunately been repeatedly scammed recently. Despite being 76 years old, my profile now erroneously states that I am 26. Additionally, there are numerous photos that are not of me. I have reached my limit with this and sadly need to discontinue using this service. The various scams have deeply upset me, and I would appreciate a refund. Kindly respond to this message as I hope to resolve this issue without escalating it further. Thank you in advance. Helen

I am continuously prompted to verify my account on each login from my usual device. This is frustrating as I receive no support, and my emails are left unanswered. Contacting customer service at [redacted] is unhelpful as they never answer during business hours. It is impossible to reach a real person, and leaving a voicemail for a call back yields no results. The call center's supposed hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST, but I have never been able to connect with anyone. The quality of communication and assistance is nonexistent. I am experiencing constant account verification requests each time I log in from the same device. Please address this issue promptly. My customer number is [redacted]. I have tried contacting Customer Service at [redacted], but have been unable to reach a real person despite calling at different times. The call center hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST, but no one ever picks up. The phone maze leads to no avail, leaving messages for callbacks yields no results, and the wait time is incredibly long. Communication through phone, web, and email has been unresponsive, and the quality of assistance is severely lacking. This service has received poor customer feedback and requires immediate improvement.

My account was hacked, and the hacker is sending inappropriate messages to users on Pof, making it seem like it's coming from me. I contacted support yesterday with screenshots of their messages. I've been locked out of my account and haven't received the password reset link even though the system claims it was sent hours ago. Please assist in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I need to cancel my subscription. As a Canadian soldier being posted to Germany, I won't need the service anymore. The instructions advised me to log in to delete my account, but I've been unable to reset my password or have my email recognized by your system. This process seems unnecessarily challenging. Please cancel my subscription as I am already facing difficulties with my deployment to Germany. Money is tight for me, especially since you've already charged me for November. My account, under the username Ziptied Mafia, was hacked on November 11th at 10 am. I only realized it two hours later when I started receiving numerous messages from men, despite my interest in only connecting with women. When I tried to log in, I was prompted for my password which was then rejected. Upon checking my email, I discovered messages confirming changes to my password and username, indicating that my account was compromised. I was also an upgraded member. Several POF members I previously interacted with have contacted me after exchanging numbers. They provided screenshots showing the unauthorized changes made to my profile and conversations. I have evidence to support my claim. Kindly assist me in recovering my account.

I suspect there has been unauthorized access to my account as I have been unable to reach POF for help. Today, I received an email from POF informing me that my email address was changed and asked me to take action if incorrect. Unfortunately, I cannot log in to rectify this as the email linked to the account has been altered. I am unable to receive the password reset link as the current email does not match. It seems like my account might be compromised since I am receiving many messages on POF without being able to log in. I have set my profile to hidden to avoid this. I'm not here to dwell on the issues with fake users, but I must mention a concerning aspect on your website. Your claim of having a "zero tolerance" policy for various behaviors seems misleading. It may lead to legal consequences if any user falls victim to scams due to POF's negligence in handling these matters promptly. The statement asserts that users engaging in specific misconduct will be removed, including those with fake photos or who violate terms of service. However, it appears unfair that blocking individuals who are not genuine could lead to my account being deleted. Shouldn't I have the right to decide who can view my profile without facing repercussions from POF?

Recently, my original account got hacked. The person changed all my pictures and was sending inappropriate messages to many people. I couldn't recover it and had to create a new account. However, the new accounts keep getting locked, and I can't change the passwords. Despite requesting a password reset link, I haven't received any email. It seems like the hackers are targeting any new account I create. This is frustrating as I've lost touch with people I met. I've tried to contact POF through emails but received no response.
