I cannot activate any call features using my phone. Why do I need to put my card details in? I've already paid for * months of membership at £**! *I tried it one time. I put in the promo code given but it then took me to a page for putting in my card details. It was declined but my bank contacted me about a suspicious payment and so now my card has been totally blocked for now. Why can't you just activate the feature for me if its part of the membership?*If you cannot do that then I would like a refund, please. *There was one genuine woman who seemed happy to vid call but I could because I can't activate that feature on my phone.*I thought you would be helping me out by now.*So please either activate the features for me or send back a refund.*Please reply.*Thank you**Kevin Westlake*AKA KevNinja
