The issue in GetHuman-trotterm's own words
Upgrade and buy tokens ... Pof took ** dollars from me for upgrading my account and paying for tokens now I wake up and can't log in but they took my money from my bank account so what is going on did they take all
They locked my account after they took the money from and like stole my money as soon as they took my money locked my account like they were waiting for me to take my money
I just want my account back and stay with them if not I want to get my money back they took cause as soon as I paid I went to sleep so I had did nothing wrong so if I had why not lock it then before instead of waiting to get my money then lock it?
Cause I have been with them for years and didn't break a single rule and gave back always.
I can't try nothing else because I have to login before I can get help I tried to reset my password but I can't cause it doesn't send me a password reset to my email
