Good afternoon I have been on the phone trying to contact POF customer service so I can get my account BlackMenHmu retrieved. I called this number ************. I spoke initially to one man that identified himself as Adam that had a very heavy accent sounded perhaps like they are in India somewhere. the gentleman proceeded to tell me in order to retrieve my account I have to pay $* and then the money will be refunded back to me. That didn't sit easily with me. I decided to call back to the same number ** minutes later where I spoke to another gentleman with another heavy accent that told me in order to retrieve my account I'd have to spend $* for the technician and I would then have access to my account. The first gentleman told me he saw that my account was accessed from Ohio. I let him know of course I am in San Diego and that's where you can see on your server I am always logging in at. The next time I called the gentleman told me yes it is Ohio that compromised my account but also someone from Texas. So my issue here is I am not trying to pay two different amounts and I feel that something is wrong with that. the second gentleman actually got upset with me because I was explaining to him I don't have a laptop and told him can he please help me get to fixing the situation rather than asking me to login on an laptop. He told me "go ahead and hang up the phone ma'm just hang up." At this point I'm extremely frustrated. I believe it is my right to say what I want on my profile just like anyone else does and my right to only want to date black men just like other races date their own people. I understand someone was ignorant enough to compromise my profile but I don't believe that is fair that I would have to pay a technician to different amounts to get this fixed. both people told me the amounts are refundable so I was questioning the second person to explain to me why the amount is refundable and why not it's not free to begin with. I apologize for this being such a lengthy email but this is serious and I would like to know what's going on with my account I asked both gentlemen to please disconnect the account so no one else can continue deleting my pictures and whatever else they have done which the second person told me has been done. Can you please tell me how to log into my account??
