I purchased the new Assassin's Creed game online a couple of months ago. Today, when I tried to play, I realized all my saved data was deleted. Upon signing in, a new game started around halfway through the first mission. I attempted to restore my saved data through the settings and account management, but no previous data is showing up except for the new game. Since I have made in-game purchases online, I believe there must be a way to recover my game data to avoid starting from scratch. I attempted calling for assistance but was unsuccessful. Hoping for a solution here.

I recently acquired the PlayStation 5 and was surprised to find myself logged out, unable to log back in due to a ban. Hours later, I received an email explaining the ban. However, I want to clarify that it was not me involved in the activity. In the past, others have accessed my account to cause trouble like this, but now I'm unable to access my account at all. I seek assistance as I am unable to enjoy any games for the past three weeks. As a loyal PlayStation member for four years, facing this issue has significantly impacted me. I have lost motivation to do anything since my account has been permanently banned, despite investing over $[redacted] in it. I kindly request help with this urgent matter.

Yesterday, I encountered an issue when trying to log in to my PlayStation 4 account. Upon attempting to sign in, I received a message informing me that my account had been permanently suspended. Following a conversation with a customer service representative from Sony last week, it was mentioned that a chargeback refund had been processed. As a resolution, she suggested purchasing a wallet top-up voucher on Amazon for a year's subscription to PlayStation Network. I followed her instructions, providing the 12-digit code and my PS4 serial number. After two hours, the PSN services were restored without any complications. However, the problem has resurfaced. I have initiated a chargeback with my bank regarding the top-up code and I kindly request assistance in investigating this matter. Despite my attempts to reach customer service since yesterday evening, I have been unable to make contact due to the closure of the service center.

I recently attempted to access my PS3 after many years, as Sony plans to close down the stores soon. However, I realized I was logged out of my account, even though it used to log in automatically. I see my email but don't remember my password. Luckily, I provided the same email here. I vaguely recall my username and never changed it. I'm unsure why the PS3 login screen shows this email if it's not linked to the account. I tried using the PSN bot for account recovery with my email, but no luck. I can't remember the password or security details. I'm worried about losing access to old DLCs for games. Is there a way to recover my account?

I have been a dedicated user of PlayStation Network for 2 years without any issues. However, today my teenage son encountered a problem while playing For Honor. Another user harassed him and his friends by sending repetitive messages, even after being asked to stop. They eventually blocked him, but he created a new account to continue the harassment. Unfortunately, my son's account got suspended for 3 days after the man reported him. I pay for PlayStation Network services and do not expect my son to be treated this way. It is unfair for kids to endure harassment and then face consequences for it. This situation needs to be addressed promptly.

I disabled the automatic renewal for my Playstation Plus on the console, yet it somehow reactivated. I've always used gift cards for subscriptions, not my credit card. Recently, I noticed that Playstation charged my credit card for a renewal that I didn't authorize. Despite turning off automatic renewal on my account, it seems to have been reactivated without my consent. I am seeking a refund for the unauthorized charge and would like to cancel my Playstation Plus subscription. As I no longer use my Playstation 4 frequently, I wish to discontinue the service.

PlayStation, I've been unexpectedly logged out of my account with no apparent reason. I can't sign back in because the email linked to my account, [redacted], was set up by my uncle who forgot the password, preventing us from recovering it. Despite reaching out for help for 7 weeks, the recovery emails are not being sent to either of our email addresses. An agent I spoke with wasn't able to resolve the issue and merely shared an unhelpful article. My three friends and I have been wrongly suspended due to old messages being reported by someone we used to be friends with online. This person, along with an accomplice, is targeting us by reporting past interactions. Our online IDs are LiLPizzA99000, livvybaby12, Jay_WasTaken, and bawler22. The individual causing this issue could be using multiple accounts such as Sadboy175, Xzoton-yt, Rizefrosty_yt, Cosy-kindness96, or Klownoncrxck. Their accomplice goes by the online ID iefyi. We would appreciate any help in this matter.

I need assistance regarding my PlayStation account. I was unjustly banned after an incident with a player named DidiGetsomeonubro while playing PubG. He made derogatory and racist remarks towards me in a cross-platform mail, falsely accusing me of being homophobic. Despite my attempts to handle the situation, he continues to harass me and my family through messages. This individual's behavior is unacceptable, and I believe action should be taken to prevent further abuse. My children also use this account and are exposed to this toxicity. The lack of customer support availability has made it difficult to address this matter promptly. I urge the company to take action against such abusive behavior rather than penalizing those who stand up for themselves.

I am experiencing an unusual problem regarding my PS4 account. A few years ago, I had to initialize my console due to a technical problem and now I cannot log in because none of my information seems accurate. Despite trying all possible ways to recover my password, I have used the same email for over 20 years and only have three passwords that I use. While the password recovery process recognizes my email, the security question about my date of birth states that it is incorrect. My gaming account was suspended for a week because my brother used it and made an inappropriate comment. I simply want to enjoy offline games. Could you kindly lift the suspension? Also, why am I unable to access offline games? I was under the impression only multiplayer features could be affected. I urge PlayStation services to reinstate my game access. I am willing to wait out the online ban, but I hope to at least enjoy the single-player games I have purchased.

Hello, I am writing on behalf of my son, Matthew, who has been suspended from the PlayStation Network until April 5th, [redacted]. He has been unable to play for a whole month since the suspension. To address this, my daughter started by deleting old group messages and removing all of his friends to give him a fresh start. However, when my oldest daughter tried to continue this process, she discovered that his account had been banned. Matthew is only 8 years old and hasn't even had the chance to play again. My account has been banned. The message I receive when trying to log in to manage the account states: "Access to PlayStation Network by this account has been banned due to violations of the PlayStation Network Terms of Service and User Agreement." Recently, £[redacted] was transferred to my wallet from Paypal without my knowledge. Concerned my account may have been hacked, I promptly changed both my PlayStation and Paypal passwords and reported the unauthorized transfer. Paypal reversed the transaction, retrieving the funds from my Playstation wallet. Subsequently, my Playstation account was banned. I'm perplexed as I expected any funds used by my son for in-game purchases under my account to be withdrawn from the wallet directly. Therefore, I require assistance from Playstation support to clarify the situation.

It's unacceptable that a threat from a child led to this ban. I've spent around $[redacted] on PlayStation and games. I urgently request the release of my son's account. I received a notification stating that I was logged out because another user had signed in. Upon trying to log back in, I realized that my password had been changed by an unauthorized person. When attempting to reset the password on my computer, I discovered that even my date of birth had been altered, suggesting that my account had been hacked. I have a debt that I would like to pay back. My mistake was trying to buy in-game currency without realizing I had already added $50 to my PlayStation account. After returning from a deployment, I discovered my Sony account was banned due to a credit card issue. I promptly resolved the debt using PlayStation cash cards through live chat and received an email confirming my account's unbanning. However, upon attempting to log in, I found that my account was still restricted. Unfortunately, Sony's customer support seems difficult to reach, and my previous encounter with them was exceptionally lucky.
