I placed a preorder for Cyberpunk [redacted] on PlayStation Network developed by CDPROJECTRED on Dec 9, [redacted], priced at [redacted] HRK (approximately 65 EUR) with a scheduled release date of Dec 10, [redacted]. The game began downloading automatically upon purchase, and I did not initiate it. After its release, the game received poor reviews and is unplayable on PS4. The developer even advised seeking refunds. I tried PlayStation's refund form multiple times but have been ignored, receiving a case number but no further assistance. They cite a no refund policy if the game is downloaded, yet it started downloading immediately after purchase. The situation is frustrating as they do not acknowledge my refund requests.

Hi, my name is Christian. My son plays on PlayStation, and a kid from his school named Tayton Garrison keeps getting him banned. Recently, my son was unbanned, but now he got banned again. My son doesn't know what name Tayton is using currently. It's not fair that my son can't enjoy the new updates after we've spent so much money on these games. I need assistance with my account ban issue. I was banned for misconduct in Madden 21, despite not being at fault. Another player verbally abused me, threatened me, and even mentioned an address in California. The player made severe threats, including desecrating a friend's grave. I acknowledge my actions, but I believe the other player should face consequences as well, like a 7-day ban.

I've followed all the steps provided on the PlayStation website to resolve the error CE-[redacted]-0. Despite my efforts, I can't seem to get through to PlayStation Support for further assistance. This error began occurring after I downloaded the Assassins Creed Valhalla game, and it has been affecting all my games since. I've confirmed that there are no corrupted files, and the data appears to be intact. I even tried initializing the console, but the issue persists. I'm uncertain about what my next steps should be at this point.

My account was hacked, and unauthorized charges amounting to $[redacted] were made on games and other items. Although I've never made any purchases on my PlayStation, I am now facing a chargeback ban. My friend had a similar issue, contacted Sony, and got it resolved. I urgently need access to my account as it contains valuable saved game data. I've been unable to reach Sony myself. I would appreciate it if you could assist in lifting the ban on my account promptly, as I am certain I did not make these purchases.

My PlayStation is stuck in safe mode and displays an error code CE-[redacted]-0 when I try to update the system software. I've attempted all safe mode options and even tried installing the update via USB from PlayStation's website, but it fails at around 60% with the message "cannot start the PS4." I'm concerned about losing my saved data and 6 years of progress. Unfortunately, I can't access the PS4 to back up my data as it won't let me enter the settings. I would like to unlink my account from my friend's PlayStation console as his children keep accessing my account to play Fortnite. Despite asking multiple times, he hasn't removed my account. I have my account information and can log in on my PlayStation. Is there a way to sign out my account from all PlayStation consoles for a more convenient solution? This situation is becoming stressful, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving it.

I recently tried logging into my PlayStation account and found myself signed out of PSN. Despite multiple attempts using my email and password, I couldn’t access it. Even after changing my password and waiting a day, the issue persists. To my surprise, my cousin mentioned my name, language, and profile picture were altered, leading me to suspect a possible hack. I have all the necessary emails, but unfortunately, my passwords are no longer effective.

I received an email saying that my PS Network login ID has been changed. I don't have my card information stored, but unfortunately, I lost access to 4 expensive games. The account was linked to the email with the username "oid redman" and had four online edition games: Red Dead Redemption 2, SnowRunner, Mafia 2 Definitive Edition, and Cities Skylines with all add-ons. The account was created in September after the 15th when I purchased my PS4. The games were purchased in this order: 1. Mafia 2, 2. SnowRunner, 3. RDR2, 4. Cities Skylines. I also played Ghost of Tsushima and Horizon Zero Dawn, but I have physical copies. I have emails confirming these purchases as proof. I'm looking to retrieve my account, but I'm having trouble with the support site. I can provide screenshots of the transactions if needed.

My son's PlayStation 4 has been permanently banned, and I am trying to understand why. He is a 10-year-old boy who was shocked to see a message saying he was permanently banned when he returned to his game. I invested a lot in this console, and it's unfair for him to be unable to play without any explanation. He previously had a system stolen, and I wonder if that's related to this ban. I shared my account details with my ex-boyfriend when he wanted to check something, which now looks like a mistake. I didn't suspect anything at the time. However, after being logged out, I realized that my password was changed. Despite trying the forgot password option multiple times, I didn't receive the reset email. It appears he may have changed both my password and associated email. Unfortunately, he has blocked me now, so I'm unable to contact him. I need assistance in recovering access to my account.

I apologize for sending a negative message. The other person also behaved inappropriately, violating community standards in our Apex Legends game. Due to a recent update, reporting players is disabled, so I felt compelled to address the issue myself. I understand my reaction was not ideal. However, a three-day suspension feels excessive, especially since I rely on streaming for income during these challenging times. Last night, on December 15, [redacted], my account was compromised. After struggling for hours, I managed to reset the password. It appears the hacker attempted to buy a game but the transaction failed. I am uncertain about how the breach occurred. I repeatedly received verification code texts, and within approximately 30 minutes, the intruder gained entry to my account. I am deeply concerned because my payment details and home address were stored on the compromised account.

I'm okay with paying $60 a year to play online and buying a $60 game like Modern Warfare. However, now that Season 1 has started, you apparently need Black Ops to progress. Spending $9 on the battle pass didn't give me anything, even though the operator skins are supposed to be free without needing Cold War. I got some free tiers with the battle pass, but it seems like without Cold War, it's pointless. I purchased the battle pass without realizing I needed Cold War. I'm contemplating not renewing my PS Plus subscription and not purchasing Black Ops Cold War.

Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Alex Apostolidis, and I am the father of your client Sotiris Poulakis ([redacted] in PlayStation). On June 18, [redacted], at 14:21 local time, I received a notification for a charge of 59.99€ on my Mastercard [redacted] from PlayStation Network in London. Despite having a security OTP for each transaction, I did not get any authorization alert, only a charge notification. Upon questioning my son, he denied making the transaction. I contacted my bank, canceled my credit card, and reported fraud. After about [redacted] days, the bank refunded the 59.99€, and I received a new card. In the meantime, my son's account was suspended and now appears inactive. As we tried to recover the account, I used my email [redacted] to receive information for account restoration, only to discover it seemed permanently banned. My bank alerted me about an unauthorized charge from PS for three months of PS Plus. I never authorized this purchase and contacted PlayStation for a refund, but they consistently denied my request. Despite not utilizing PS Plus, I faced challenges resolving this issue with them. Ultimately, I had to involve my bank to dispute the charge and acquire a refund. Unfortunately, as a consequence, PlayStation has banned me from my account, restricting access to video apps for TV viewing. This ban has also affected my son's ability to enjoy the Christmas games I gifted him.

I recently got banned from the platform for using an online ID that apparently violated the code of conduct. I honestly wasn't aware of any wrongdoing. My original ID was Sweat-ClanLeader. After being banned, I created a new account but had to alter the name to Sweat_KlanLeader due to restrictions. I maintained this new ID for over a year without any issues until I unexpectedly received a 30-day ban. Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in contacting the platform to provide an explanation or appeal the ban.

A few weeks ago, my account got hacked, and the hacker made unauthorized purchases in a game, including in-game currency. I contacted customer support, and they helped me change my account ID. Unfortunately, my father's credit card was linked to the account, so he received a reimbursement from the company which led Sony to ban my account due to a chargeback. I understand the situation, and I am willing to reimburse the full amount for the unauthorized purchases. I completed a request form earlier, but I recently discovered that I inadvertently used the in-game currency in question. I want to resolve this issue promptly and avoid the lengthy processing time for forms. Is there a way to speak with a live representative to expedite resolving the debt?
