Refund or Unsubscribe ... I realized that i have been charged for ** months for the subscribtion. However, I never play PS* anymore till someday * month ago. And during this half year, I changed my phone number, give the PS* to my brother as a gift. Now, when I try to unsubscribe the PS*, it shows i may need to login in first. When I try to login on website, it shows i need to do a *-steps vertification. OKay, i stun here. I changed the phone number and i cant receive the message anymore. Moreover, when I try to log in through PS* (I haven't login for half year), it also require me to do the *steps vertification. Finally, I cannot login by any devices because of the *-steps vertification, and i cannot cancel *-steps vertification because it requires me to login any devices. I don't know what can i do to get the refund, it's a waste of $*** every month when someone never play the PS* anymore. Or, at least, just let me unsubscribe..
*-steps vertification rejects my login progress, which means i cannot login to any devices. And if I want to cancel the *-steps vertification, it requires me to login to any devices first?
Get me $** refund or, at least, Help me unsubscribe
I subscribe the first time I use PS*, and in a very busy time, I never think about unsubscribe. After keep been charging $*** every month for almost * year, now I do not know how to login to my account to play PS* or unsubscribe.
I dont know what else i can do to login my account or unsubscribe.
