A few months ago, I pre-ordered The Last of Us Part 2 on the PlayStation 4 store because I really wanted the game. Due to the Coronavirus delay, Sony issued an automatic refund. However, I have not received my refund yet, even though Sony announced a new release date recently. I searched online for information on how to resolve this but couldn't find much help. Today, accidentally pre-ordered the game again, thinking my original order would be restored. Sony owes me a refund for the duplicate pre-order. I apologize for any inconvenience, and I am seeking assistance in getting my money back for the pre-order I made today, April 29th, [redacted]. Thank you, Sony.

Hello, I purchased a Jet (P-996Lazar) online in GTA 5, which was quite expensive. I had it delivered to Pegasus and stored it in my hangar for modifications, which usually works fine. However, after installing a weapons workshop in the hangar for a significant sum, I could no longer modify the Jet as before. When I flew it out for a test, it got damaged, but I managed to repair it in-game. Since then, a duplicate Jet keeps appearing in the hangar, and I cannot modify it beyond changing the color, which is not ideal. I've been unable to reach Rockstar support, and I hope that PlayStation can help me resolve this issue as they are my only point of contact. I just want my purchased Lazar Jet to be modifiable again. Removing it would make it disappear along with the money spent. My PlayStation nickname is belebter_flur152. Thank you for any assistance in resolving this matter.

I have been unknowingly charged for a PS4 subscription for over 6 months despite not using the service. I recently tried to cancel it, but I encountered issues with the 2-step verification process due to changing my phone number and not having access to the messages. This has prevented me from logging in via the website or the PS4 itself. I am unable to cancel the 2-step verification without logging in, but I can't log in without the verification code. I am frustrated by this situation as I am wasting money each month on a service I no longer use. I am unsure of how to proceed to either receive a refund or simply unsubscribe from the service.

Hello, I wanted to change the email address on my account since my old email address no longer exists. Unfortunately, a new account was created instead. This may have been an error on my part. However, I am now unable to access my original account. I hope you can reset my account and update it with the correct email address. I have been struggling to access my original PlayStation account for months. Since I couldn't recover it, I created a new account. However, all my old games are tied to my previous account. Although I have the account on my PlayStation now, I am unable to access the games because it requires signing into PlayStation Network, and I suspect my Yahoo email password has been changed without my consent. Unfortunately, Yahoo's support seems unavailable. Is there a way for me to download some of those games onto my new account? I recently renewed my EA Access subscription for $6.95, but after the transaction, I was redirected to a page thanking me for purchasing a Playstation Plus subscription, which I did not intend to buy. Subsequently, I received three emails confirming the purchase of a 1-year PS subscription at $89 each, totaling $[redacted] deducted from my account. I filled out a request refund form with Playstation NZ a week ago but was informed that I contacted the wrong region (Arab), even though I clearly selected New Zealand. After refilling the form three more times, I haven't heard back in nearly a week, and I am still $[redacted] out of pocket. The delay is understandable, but the lack of communication and the blame-shifting for using the wrong form is frustrating. My PSN username is wrathful_buddah. I urgently need this issue resolved as I rely on that money, and the lack of response in over a week is concerning.

Upon logging into my PlayStation this morning on May 5th, [redacted], I discovered that my PlayStation Network account had been banned. The notice mentioned violations of the terms of service and user agreement, which perplexed me as I have never received any prior warnings regarding this. I primarily use my account for playing games and engaging in occasional party chats with friends. I am unsure of the duration of the ban, whether it is temporary or permanent. I tried out a game through a PS Now account I downloaded on my PS4, playing it on my friend's Region 2 account. After the subscription ended, I bought a US Gift Card, downloaded the game on my main Region 1 account, and found my progress missing. There were separate save files and trophy lists, causing me confusion. Research suggested the game had different regions, resulting in distinct versions and progress loss. Wanting to avoid replaying for the same trophies, I considered a refund, but having already downloaded the game and earned initial trophies hindered this. Seeking aid from PlayStation Support, I encountered difficulties due to COVID-19 limitations on customer service.

My credit card was charged an unauthorized amount of $37.49 on my son's account. I suspected fraud or hacking as he claimed not to have made any new game purchases. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I was unsuccessful in reaching anyone. Following advice, I contacted my bank to dispute the charge and canceled my credit card. Unfortunately, my son got banned due to the dispute. Today, on 05/05/[redacted], we finally reached a service representative via live chat after a 10-minute wait. Just as I was explaining the situation in detail, we were disconnected. When we tried to reconnect, we received a message stating they couldn't resolve the issue and asked to try again later. I need assistance as the unauthorized charge still appears on my credit card. I urgently need to speak with a live agent to lift the ban from my son's account. Thank you.

I bought the "Hasbro Family Fun Pack" to play Monopoly Plus with my wife and friends. Unfortunately, we later found out that our friends have the "Hasbro Family Fun Pack Super Edition," so we can't play together online even though both games are named the same. We bought the wrong version and are unable to enjoy playing with our friends. We would like a refund for the "Hasbro Family Fun Pack" as we can't use it for our intended purpose. It feels unjust that the version we purchased restricts us from playing Monopoly Plus online with friends unless they have the exact same edition. I was having trouble with my PS4 not turning on, so I put it in safe mode and reset it, fully aware that I would lose everything. After resetting, I attempted to log in to retrieve my data, but I forgot my password. When trying to reset it, the security question about my birthplace rejected my correct answer. Is there a way for me to regain access if I reach out to you for help?

While using my PS4 account, I attempted to update my email from [redacted] to [redacted] The process was going smoothly until an error message popped up stating, "The connection to the server was lost." From that point on, I have been unable to log back into my account. Could you please assist me before May 13? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Hello, my little cousin is visiting, and he was playing Fifa and earned some points for me. Suddenly, he got kicked out of the game and called me over. I went to the Playstation to check, and it said I had to log in. I tried, but it didn't work. I asked my little cousin what happened, and he mentioned there was a conflict with another online player. My PS4 was connected to a specific Wi-Fi network using an Ethernet cable, but it was shut down incorrectly. Upon restarting, I encountered an issue where I couldn't connect to Destiny 2 servers and received an error code "Nightingale." I performed an internet connection test and everything seemed fine except for the failed upload speed. I've attempted troubleshooting steps like rebooting the router and rebuilding the system database without success. Interestingly, I discovered that my PS4 could connect to my mobile hotspot without issues when my phone used data. However, the problem persisted when I switched back to my main Wi-Fi/LAN connection.

About six months ago, my account was wrongly charged on my connected credit card. After my family disputed the charge, my account got banned the next day. I called PlayStation to resolve it, but they required details on the charge I couldn't access due to the ban. Frustrated, I made a new account, but now my games are locked, except for the recent Call of Duty Black Ops 4 purchase. I'm puzzled by this problem and seek assistance to play without issues.

On 06/05/20 at 7:17 pm, someone accessed my PS4 account and made unauthorized transactions while I was at work. When I returned and tried to log in, my account was blocked. I was prompted to reset my password but couldn't access it. I realized my account was compromised after checking my phone and seeing purchases made without my consent using my credit card. Unfortunately, the criminals caused around €[redacted] in damages since I was working and would have noticed earlier if I were at home. I accidentally made some digital purchases using my credit card and later requested a refund, leading to my account being banned. After contacting support, I was instructed to buy a $28 PSN gift card to clear my debt. I am experiencing issues with installing my GTA 5 game from the disc. When entering the game, it gets stuck at 0% on the loading screen with the message "installing 0%" for over 2 hours.
