I purchased the Collector’s Edition Upgrade for Star Wars Battlefront 2, but I can't access the content. The upgrade isn't in my library because the account that bought it doesn't own the game. I attempted to restore licenses, deactivate and reactivate as the primary PS4, and re-download the game, but none of these solutions worked. I hope to access the content soon. The account I made the purchase on is under the username "witty_breeze."

I would like to request a refund of the $5 that was charged to my debit card last week during a chat session about a Playstation issue. I was directed to this JustAnswer site and assured the charge was refundable. Additionally, I do not authorize any monthly charges for this service on my Visa debit card ending in [redacted]. While playing Red Dead Redemption 2 online, I encountered harassment from a group of four players. In response, I used inappropriate language which led to a 7-day suspension of my account. I sincerely apologize for my actions and assure you it will not reoccur. I have been a responsible user for many years. Could you kindly reconsider and lift the suspension on my account? My children's PS Plus game isn't appearing on their accounts, and it's not even showing up in the PlayStation Store. I've ensured that the restrictions are set to none, but it's still filtered out. There's a game we all want to play together right now, but I can't download it on their systems due to this issue. I'd like to resolve this problem or, if not possible, change their age settings to remove all restrictions.

I received Far Cry 5 for Christmas, and thoroughly enjoyed it. However, after completing the story mode, I find myself with no new content to explore. Being 14 years old, I encountered an age restriction when attempting to purchase the Season Pass from the Play Station Store using a $25 gift card. I now realize I won't be able to access it. Is there any possible way for me to obtain the Season Pass for the game on the Play Station Store? I am really eager to experience more of the game. Thank you for your help.

I was watching Netflix at 1 a.m. when I saw that I had been signed out. Initially, I thought it might have been one of my friends, so I didn't pay much attention to it. The next morning, when I tried to play games, I encountered the same issue of being logged out. Despite numerous attempts to log in and even trying to reset my password, I was unsuccessful. Strangely, the email for my account had been changed without my knowledge. This all happened while I was watching Netflix.

Yesterday, on December 30, a friend visited my house, and we were playing Star Wars Battlefront 2 together. Later, I went to bed and allowed my friend to continue playing. Unfortunately, someone messaged my account, and my friend replied on my behalf. I regret that I wasn't the one to address the message. I apologize for any trouble caused; I have invested a lot of time and money into this account, and I am eager to protect it. Thank you for your understanding.

Last night, on December 30th, a school friend visited my house. We played Star Wars Battlefront 2 together, and when I felt tired, I went to sleep while my friend continued playing. I later discovered that a person named "Gordo2113" messaged my account, to which my friend responded without my knowledge. Today, while in a party with friends, I received a message stating that my account was banned. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If I had been aware of this inappropriate interaction, I would have handled it differently. I hope my frustration is understood. My account name is DubzMantis. Thank you.

One of my roommates or a friend took my PS4 Slim 1TB yesterday between 6:00pm and 10:00pm PST. The house was not broken into, so it had to be someone I know. I've been trying to access my PS Network account for login info but can't track it. I got texts with verification codes when someone tried to change my account info. It's clear the thief is trying to set up the console for themselves. Is there a way to track the IP or MAC address to find out who stole my console? I'm desperate as it's my only escape after a tough workday and I can't afford to replace it. Please, help me.

I am having trouble accessing my account due to multiple failed login attempts. Despite entering the correct password, I am being prompted to log in to my PSN account repeatedly. I have attempted to change my password, but I am unable to do so as the email address associated with the account is no longer accessible. The email provider, fsmail, is no longer in operation. I fear that my password has been changed and I am now locked out of my account. I would appreciate any assistance with resolving this issue. Thank you.

I am currently experiencing difficulties purchasing games from your store for the past three days. When trying to finalize my order, I receive an error message stating, “We’ve encountered an error while processing your order. Please try again later.” I attempted to pay using both my credit card and PayPal methods. My shopping cart is already holding ten items, and I have an additional six I wish to purchase at the sale price before it expires. These items include Scribblenauts Showdown for $9.99, Jewel Fever 2 for $4.19, Pacific Wings for $4.19, Super Star Wars for $4.99, and Mahjong for $3.99 at the discounted prices. I am not interested in purchasing a PS card as a workaround due to mixed results reported by others. If a direct purchase cannot be made online or through a live person to process my payment, I will consider returning my unopened PS4 in favor of the Xbox One. My preference is to resolve this issue and remain with the PS4 console, as I already have it at home waiting for a resolution, especially with the ongoing sale prices. A few months ago, I successfully recovered my account but added a second step verification for security. Unfortunately, I changed my phone and lost access to the code and backup number. Now, when I try to reset my password, it asks for the 2-step verification which I can't recall. I know all the other identification details but this verification is blocking access. Could I receive assistance to resolve this issue urgently?

Unauthorized transactions have been made from my bank account. The flagged cards used are suspected of being compromised. I have an idea of who might be responsible but they are not cooperating. The individual goes by Puppywall paper or Zachary Gorman, and the card is in my name. If this matter is not resolved, I will have to involve the police and file a report. I want to clarify that I do not own a PlayStation. Over $[redacted] has been unlawfully taken, and I am eager to resolve this issue promptly.

My account was unfairly banned. I have reviewed the rules and I did not commit any severe offenses. A slightly toxic chat does not warrant such action. I am requesting my account to be unbanned and reviewed again. I own a library of over [redacted] games which I purchased as physical copies, and now I am unable to access them. This situation is unacceptable as I have paid for them in full. If necessary, I may need to seek legal advice as Sony has taken away my games without permission. Please assist me with this matter. My brother and I received a PlayStation that we enjoyed playing together. However, he began to play single-player games and only wanted to play with his online friends. He then gave me a second-hand PlayStation from his friend, and I was thrilled to play on it. When he asked me to create an online account to play with him, I discovered that the PS4 was banned when I tried to make one. I haven't contacted PS4 support yet out of fear of being charged. Recently, I started using my brother's PS4, but one day it failed to turn on, leaving me disappointed. I have tried various solutions without success, even considering going to a repair shop. While playing my PlayStation, I was signing into GTA online when suddenly, I was kicked out of my party and disconnected from the PlayStation network. A notification informed me that I had been banned from the network. When I tried to sign in again, the message indicated that I had violated the terms of service. I want to clarify that I did not engage in any behavior that would warrant a ban. I have never modded my account, and while I admit to doing a glitch or two in GTA online, I have not participated in any hacking activities.

A few months ago, I reached out to your service for help when I couldn't log into my account due to forgetting my password and date of birth. The issue was resolved smoothly, and I am grateful for the assistance provided. Unfortunately, I recently made a serious oversight by storing all my PSN login details, including passwords and date of birth, on an app called Notes. When I reset my phone after purchasing a new one, I inadvertently deleted the information along with the step 2 verification. Moreover, I no longer have access to the phone number associated with receiving the verification code. I kindly request that you disable the two-step verification process. Your prompt action on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am requesting a refund to my bank account for nine transactions totaling £[redacted].16 made on December 27, [redacted]. The transactions were each for £55.24, made on my bank card ending in [redacted] held by Mr. R. J. Jaques. These transactions were unauthorized and were made by my 13-year-old son from a different address than mine, his mother's address. I purchased a white controller about 6-8 months ago due to issues with the left thumbstick on my previous PS4 controllers. Unfortunately, the left thumbstick on the white controller also started malfunctioning just before Christmas. I then bought a new blue controller a week ago, but it has issues as well. The right thumbstick keeps turning left randomly, and the square button feels stiff and sometimes fails to work during gameplay. Now, I have two controllers that aren't functioning correctly. I want to send the white controller back to Playstation for repair or replacement, but I can't afford to be left with no working controller if I do. I've considered getting a short-term rental to send the faulty controllers back while they are under warranty, but I don't want to purchase another PS4 controller.

I have attempted to reach out to you through various channels including email and social media, but my messages are being rejected, which is frustrating. I made a purchase of Shameless season 10 over a month ago and have only received three episodes so far. I'm disappointed by the delay in releasing the remaining episodes. It seems other providers are offering weekly episodes on time, unlike your service. I feel let down after paying $35 for the content. I expected better service, especially considering the monthly PlayStation plus membership cost. I have tried everything to get in touch, but my concerns have been ignored.
