Coming home from school, I noticed unfamiliar games like Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order, Sekiro, and Black Ops 4 in my library. At first, I thought my parents might have purchased them, but later they were all locked, and my account was either banned or suspended without any explanation. I'm eager to have my account reinstated and understand the reason behind the ban or suspension, which hasn't been communicated to me.

Many users, including myself, are struggling to download or update games due to an error indicating insufficient free space, despite having enough space. This issue has persisted for five months, and despite countless reports, Sony has yet to resolve it. This frustrating situation contrasts with my smoother experiences on Xbox by Microsoft, where issues are promptly addressed. The only current solution is to delete the entire game and then patiently wait for it to redownload over roughly a 24-hour period. The lack of progress on Sony's part is disheartening, but it seems we may have to wait a while longer for a fix.

Yesterday, I reached out for assistance with accessing my PlayStation account but unfortunately did not receive help. It would be much appreciated if someone could contact me at [redacted]7. The issue I am experiencing involves attempting to log in, and it is prompting to send a text to an old phone number that I no longer have access to. The alternative verification method requires a code that I am unable to obtain without signing in, which I can't do without the code. Thank you.

I purchased two digital PlayStation credits, but I'm unable to redeem them due to an error message stating they are used. I reached out on November 21st regarding a £20 credit for which I am still awaiting a refund. Today, I purchased a £10 credit which is also not working. My PSN name is Jaayden-14 with a date of birth of December 14, [redacted]. Please contact me at [redacted] as the email associated with my PS account, lesleyphillips2310@icloud, is no longer in use. Thank you.

I purchased a £20 digital code on November 21st and another £10 code today, but both are showing as used with errors. They were intended for my son to buy V-Bucks for Fortnite. My PSN name is Jaayden-14, and my date of birth is December 14, [redacted]. I reached out to PlayStation via email on November 21st, but I have not received a response, which is disappointing. I would appreciate a prompt refund for these purchases.

I purchased several games on the PS Store but they are not appearing in my games library after upgrading my HDD from 500GB to 1TB. When I logged back into my PSN account, only some of the games I bought were in my library. I currently have to access the PlayStation website and download the games from my list. Is there a way to have all the games show up in my library without having to go through my download list every time?

After updating to version 1.08 of Modern Warfare, I encountered a frustrating loop where the system kept trying to download an add-on, causing it to crash. Despite hoping that the 1.09 update would fix this, the problem persisted. I took the step of deleting and reinstalling the game, which initially seemed to work until the add-on loop reappeared. As a last resort, I wiped all data from my PS4 and reinstalled the game from scratch, only to face the same issue. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this ongoing add-on problem?

Hello, my name is Armon, and I am trying to recover my PSN account "Hemrs." The original email linked to the account was my mom's at [redacted], but it has been changed multiple times, and I have lost track of it. I recently got a new PS4 and realized my account was gone. I can't remember the current email associated with it. I know my date of birth and online ID but not the current email linked to the account. I really want to regain access to my account and this situation is frustrating.

I tried to find a solution on your website and came across the "Recover 2SV" option. I am unable to access the phone number needed for verification codes, making it impossible to log in as the system requests the code. This issue affects two of my accounts: 1. Username: Mhruh_ Email: [redacted] Birthday: December 21, either [redacted] or [redacted] (same as my mom's birth year) Region: United Arab Emirates 2. Username: Originally ESKOBER, changed to Deactivated Email: [redacted] Birthday: December 21, either [redacted] or [redacted] Region: United States

I have forgotten both my password and the one for my email, which is needed for the password reset. I cannot access my email as the reset is sent via text to a phone number I no longer use. My PlayStation Network account is paid up till August next year, but I've been unable to log in for some time now. The last payments I made for PlayStation Plus were for a 3-month and a 12-month card close to each other a few months ago. Please respond promptly. Thank you. - R. Gehring

I have been repeatedly charged for PS4 transactions. My card is not linked to any account, yet I keep seeing charges ranging from $10 to $25.88. This has to be an error that needs to be rectified. I attempted to contact phone support, but all I get is a closed recording. I am currently reaching out to my bank to dispute these charges but wanted to give you a chance to address this matter beforehand.

I recently purchased a PS4 on Black Friday. I used my Galaxy S8 as a hotspot to download the two game codes included with it. The download started on Thursday but I had to pause it on Saturday. I noticed that only half of the game "Horizon" was downloaded. Verizon's tech support told me that I used 25GB of data. However, my phone shows over 29GB of background data usage and minimal foreground data usage with speeds below 600kbps. I do not engage in online gaming, music streaming, or other data-heavy activities. I am seeking advice on how to limit or stop background data usage to prevent excessive consumption when using my phone's hotspot for downloads.

My ex-wife's card was linked to the PlayStation account. When I bought a game, I accidentally used her card, which I didn't realize until she informed me. I agreed to reimburse her for the mistaken charge. Unfortunately, she had already canceled the card and disputed the transaction without discussing it with me first. As a result, my account got banned.

My PlayStation is not connecting to my TV. I have attempted everything, but it only displays "no signal." I even tested my dad's PS4 and my PS Classic, and they both worked fine. The issue seems to be only with mine. I've also tried putting it in safe mode, but that didn't help at all. I've owned my PS4 for almost four years, and this is the first time I am experiencing this problem. I made sure not to drop it or damage it in any way. It was working fine two nights ago, but last night it just wouldn't connect.

When I tried to play on my PS4 today, I turned it on and it prompted me to press the PS button to use the controller. However, this time the controller did not connect and just kept blinking white. I tried charging the controller using the PS4 and the cable, but it didn't work. I even attempted to use another controller, but encountered the same issue. A year ago, my PS4 had a connectivity problem that required repair, and now I fear it may be faulty again. I have always taken good care of my PS4, ensuring it has enough ventilation on my TV stand. I own a PS4 Slim. How can I reconnect my controller to the PS4 without immediately sending it in for repairs?

I am unable to access my account because I cannot remember my password. I tried answering the security questions, but I seem to have provided the wrong answers. The same situation applies to my date of birth. Can I please reset my password using my email instead of relying on the security questions? My account name is MR_RAGE_GAMER, and you can reach me at [redacted] The serial number for my PS4 is 03-[redacted]5-[redacted]. The last purchases I made were Red Dead Redemption gold for approximately £4.00 and Rainbow Six Siege R6 points for around £30.00. Thank you for your assistance.

Despite my efforts to port forward, set up DMZ, assign a static IP, and optimize QoS settings on the PS4, I am still experiencing severe lag and packet loss, making gameplay challenging. Our recent upgrade to the XR500 Nighthawk router has also unexpectedly changed the region to Minnesota from Iowa, and I am unsure if this is impacting the gaming experience. I am seeking assistance and additional suggestions to address these connectivity issues.

I am having an issue with my PS4 constantly downloading the same update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. I have downloaded version 1.10 five times, and last night I downloaded version 1.11. I played after the update finished, and this morning, but now that I am back home, it is asking me to download the update again. I have been uploading data to online and storage systems, but it's not solving the problem. I would appreciate any help, as I am considering switching to Xbox if this continues.

My children recently activated a PlayStation Plus membership, but they did it under one of their accounts that is not the family manager. Previously, the membership was activated under the family manager account, so now the other accounts do not have access to the membership. We attempted to deactivate and reactivate it under the correct account, but unfortunately, it didn't resolve the issue. We need assistance with this matter. Thank you!

While attempting to use my PS4, I encountered an issue where I was unexpectedly logged out. Upon trying to log back in, I received a message stating that my account has been banned for violations of the terms and conditions. Unfortunately, the email associated with my account is not accessible to me anymore, which makes it challenging to determine the cause of the ban. I strongly believe there may have been a misunderstanding as I am unaware of any rule violations. I kindly request your assistance in contacting me to provide clarification on the status of my account. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
