I am requesting a refund for my PlayStation Plus membership. This issue occurred last year as well. My grandson uses the PS4, and his father pays for three memberships on auto-renew each year. Despite explaining the situation last year and being assured that auto-renew was turned off, I was still charged for a membership. This charge led to an overdraft in my checking account, so I am hoping to have this refunded. Thank you.

I have seven kids and live in Virginia. Two of my children stay with me during school breaks, but they live in Texas. I recently bought two PlayStations for them from GameStop's $[redacted] Black Friday deal, which also included three games. I need assistance deleting their accounts from my PlayStation in Virginia so they can access network features on their new PlayStations in Texas. Despite downloading the games on the new consoles, they can't access them without a PlayStation Plus membership. I've spent over $[redacted] on games, controllers, and consoles and haven't been able to make it work. I've searched online and found that it's tricky to delete child accounts, but it's necessary for my kids to enjoy the games in Texas. Please help me solve this issue. Thank you.

My account, Cohenrex, was hacked about a month ago. $[redacted] was taken, and my password was changed, preventing me from logging in. I have around [redacted] purchased games on the account and I am eager to recover it. I received an email about the money being transferred to an account named "titchy_joystick."

I recently bought another 12 months of PS Plus last Friday. After checking my credit card transactions, I confirmed that the charge aligned with the sale price and wasn't $60. But unexpectedly, I noticed an additional charge for PSN on my card that I didn't initiate. Upon checking my PSN account, I saw a $21.99 charge for Crash Bandicoot™ N. Sane Trilogy, which I didn't purchase. I kindly request the prompt removal of this charge.

Hello, I purchased a PlayStation Store gift card in the US, but my PlayStation account is set to Mexico, which is causing issues due to living near the border between the two countries. I was unaware that cards bought in the US wouldn't work with a Mexico account. I also attempted to add my US credit card to my Mexico account, but encountered complications due to the mismatch. Is it possible to change my account to the USA country, receive a gift card refund, or transfer the $25 credit into my PlayStation account? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I was playing Apex normally on Wednesday without any issues. I played two more games on Thanksgiving, then spent the rest of the day with family. When I returned on Friday, I discovered my account was banned without receiving an email notification. I have not violated any rules and have been a player for years. I recently purchased PlayStation Plus the Tuesday before the ban. I am a loyal customer and hope to have my account reinstated. Hello, I hope you can assist me. I was charged £50 on the PlayStation Store for DLCs for Injustice 2 Legendary Edition. My autistic son was attempting to get the DLCs for the game. The game was purchased new from Amazon. The store wallet had no funds, so he assumed that was the correct method of acquisition. How can I request a refund? I am reaching out because I recently discovered that my PS4 account has been hacked. Following a recent breakup with my ex, she has been actively trying to access and control all of my personal accounts, including my social media like Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat. I recognize that in a relationship, there is a level of shared private information based on trust and respect, but she is exploiting that trust by exploiting the personal information she has and by initially setting up the accounts under her email address as a form of control. I have already lost considerable personal items, and now she is attempting to take away the one thing that is solely mine - my PS4. The console is in front of me, but I cannot access it due to her interference with the PSN. Since my bank details are linked to the PS4, which include the cardholder name MISS TIA FUDGE, account number [redacted], sort code [redacted], and the card numbers and security code, it should serve as evidence of my ownership. The individual who has hacked into the account is using the email: [redacted] I kindly request an immediate investigation into this matter, as I have invested a substantial amount of money into my PS4 and cannot afford to have it compromised. I contacted support in Saudi Arabia, and they directed me to the live chat with USA support because my account is American. Currently, I am facing an issue with my password as I have misplaced it, although I still have access to my account on my PS4. When attempting to reset my password, the system sends a confirmation email to an email address I don't have access to, which is ([redacted]). I am looking to update my email to a new one to receive the reset password instructions.

I used to play on the accounts Chronic-_-Shots and CheckOnMyBullet on my PlayStation 4. I've been away for boot camp and I'm now deployed, trying to sign in to these accounts on a different PS4. I can't recall the details for the accounts or which email is connected to them due to multiple email addresses. I can provide a list of the emails I've used to verify ownership, but I'll likely need to reset the password as well. Starting a new account has crossed my mind, but all my game progress is tied to these existing accounts.

Yesterday, I bought a 12-month PlayStation Plus membership from Walmart. I entered the code but didn't see it reflected in my wallet. I paid $44.99 on special, but the renewal is showing $59.99. I'd like to cancel the annual subscription to take advantage of the discounted card I bought. Despite following the instructions, it's still showing my subscription expires on 12/27/19.

Hello, I have recently observed an unauthorized charge of $69.92 from PlayStation on my account. Despite my attempts to reach a customer service representative over the phone, I have been unable to connect with anyone to address this issue. I noticed an unauthorized charge on my card from PlayStation that I did not make. I usually only purchase vbucks or a battle pass for Fortnite within the game, so I am confused about this unfamiliar charge. I contacted my debit card provider to report the unauthorized payment. Shortly after, I attempted to log into my account and received a message saying I am banned with error code (WS-[redacted]-7). I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

Today when I logged into my PS4, I received an error stating that it is not the primary PS4 linked to my account. This is the first time I have encountered this issue, and my account has always been logged in on my own PS4. I attempted to deactivate all devices through the Sony website, but I was unable to do so since it can only be done once every 6 months, which I have never done before. I suspect my account may have been hacked, and I am unsure of the next steps to take as all my purchased games are associated with that account.

Hello Sony, I am writing to address a recent issue with my account being banned. While playing FIFA 20, I encountered a player who engaged in offensive celebrations after goals. Despite winning the game, when I messaged him, he responded with more offensive messages. In return, I repeatedly sent a neutral message. Unfortunately, he reported me for spam, resulting in a 7-day ban. I believe this punishment was unjust, especially since the other player faced no consequences for his behavior. I am disappointed that my gaming time has been restricted due to this incident. I hope this matter can be reviewed, as I simply want to enjoy playing without encountering such situations. I am a bit disappointed because my online subscription renewed at a higher price of 59.99 instead of the expected 44.99 for Black Friday. Is there a possibility to receive a 15.00 credit to my account? I believed it was meant to renew at the discounted price. Since May of this year, my PlayStation 4 has not been functioning properly. When I put it in rest mode, 95% of the time, it fails to come out of rest mode. The orange light blinks, and it doesn't turn on. Similarly, when I try to turn it off, the white light blinks, it goes into safe mode, and I end up having to reinstall the system software, resulting in data loss. This is happening 3 to 4 times a week, sometimes even 3 times a day. It's frustrating as I can't enjoy gaming or have friends over due to these frequent issues. Occasionally, while playing a game, it will display "corrupt data," prompting me to remove and reinstall the game. Now, again, I had to initialize the PS4, but while preparing to update the system software, it failed with the error message "cannot access system storage," with the error code (SU-[redacted]-4) appearing.

Hi, I'm experiencing issues with my PS4 whenever I put it in rest mode. When I try to return to playing, the light blinks orange instead of turning on. Also, when I try to turn it off, the light blinks white and doesn't shut down properly. I have to unplug it, leading to a message about not shutting down correctly and entering safe mode. Then, I have to reinstall everything. Sometimes, after re-downloading digital games, it freezes and shows corrupt data errors, requiring a restart. This has been happening since May, and today it failed while initializing system software with an error code. Now, I can't use my PS4 effectively.
