I am a long-time gamer and customer of PlayStation. It has been a challenge to get in touch with someone who can assist with the issue I am facing. I have spent a considerable amount on PlayStation products and services over the years, so I believe that the company could offer better customer support without charging high fees for phone calls. I have been playing games since I was 25, starting with the Commodore 64 and moving on to the PlayStation 4. I still own a PlayStation 1 along with games, so I am familiar with gaming systems. I'm disappointed that I have to raise this concern, as it has been ongoing for quite a while, and this is my first opportunity to reach out to PlayStation. Thank you, Andrew.

Every time I try to join a party with my friends, my microphone cuts off after only about a minute. I've confirmed my internet connection is stable as I can play online games and communicate in-game without issues related to my "Nat Type." It's frustrating because I can hear my friends clearly, but they can't hear me. Restarting the party chat doesn't seem to fix the problem. I'm searching for a solution to avoid these interruptions during our conversations.

I recently realized my PlayStation Plus account was automatically renewed using my husband's credit card by mistake. This led to an overdraft charge for him. He has already contacted the bank to dispute the charges and secure his account. I do not wish to keep the PlayStation Plus subscription as I do not use it much and don't find it valuable. Last year, I didn't benefit much from the online features and discounts. If you come across a dispute from US Bank under Randall T., please ensure it goes through smoothly. A few years ago, I purchased the Infinite Warfare Legacy Edition. I mistakenly had my brother enter the code for Modern Warfare Remastered on his account instead of mine. I realized this when my PS4 reset a few months later, and I attempted to access his account but couldn't remember the password. It asked for security questions that my brother, who created the account, could not recall due to it being made in [redacted]. I considered making a new account for him since he had made little progress and no paid transactions so far. However, I then noticed that Call of Duty MW Remastered was missing from my library, leading me to believe it was on his account. I attempted to log in to his account last week but was unsuccessful. Hello, I need assistance with my PS4 account. Currently, my account is part of a family setup with a friend who is not really a family member, causing restrictions on linking credit cards and accessing mature content. Despite having a 1-month PlayStation card, I couldn't apply it due to these limitations. Consequently, I created a new account to play online but heavily use my original account. I managed to redeem a 1-year PS+ membership on my primary account but face issues accessing certain games due to age restrictions. I obtained Modern Warfare through PS+ on the old account, and now I'm unable to play it on my active one. Is there a way to remove the inactive family member from my account to lift restrictions? I purchased a PS4 approximately 2 months ago after my previous console suddenly stopped working, displaying an error message related to the HDMI port. Despite being a new device, my current PS4 is showing the same issue. I've been advised to send it for repairs but believe that the root cause is poor product quality. I am not willing to return it and if it fails again, I will retire from gaming. I find it disappointing that Sony seems to prioritize profit over customer loyalty. I caution against the upcoming PS5 as the PS3 remains the superior console. Dealing with these recurring problems has become tiresome, and I hope for better quality products in the USA. Sometimes cheaper options, like Sony's consoles, do not equate to better value. Apologies for the frustration, but I no longer want to worry about a subpar $[redacted] plastic device. Hello, my name is Eagen Beck. Last night, I received a notification on the PlayStation Mobile app stating that my account was logged into on a PlayStation that I didn't recognize. When I attempted to log in, I discovered that my password had already been changed. After trying to reset it, I found that the two-step verification code was different from what I had set it as. Shortly after my unsuccessful login attempts, I received another notification stating that I had added someone as a friend without sending a request. It appears that my account was hacked, and now I can't access it. I am reaching out to see if there is any way to recover my account. My account has been temporarily banned due to an offensive username. I am questioning why this ban was imposed and highlighting inconsistencies in the banning process. It is perplexing that seemingly harmless words are banned while truly offensive terms like "wog" slip through unpunished. As an individual with a mixed ethnic background, I have experienced discrimination firsthand, making me more sensitive to such issues. Companies should take responsibility and prioritize removing truly offensive content promptly. Personal experiences should be respected, and offensive content should not be tolerated on any platform.

After playing Modern Warfare on my PS4 for a while with a friend, I shut it off. When I returned, I was shocked to find out I was banned for supposedly violating terms of service. I haven't engaged in any inappropriate behavior on the platform. Recently, my father's Bank of America credit card was used for fraudulent charges on my account, leading to the card being canceled. The bank is investigating this issue. Now, my PlayStation account has been banned due to these unauthorized transactions, leaving me frustrated. I have invested a lot of time and money into this account. Despite not receiving any email communication regarding this ban, I am eager to resolve the situation promptly. I believe my account may have been hacked since I have never shared my password. I would appreciate assistance in either reinstating my account or transferring my work, subscriptions, and a few games to a new account. Please respond to me at your earliest convenience. Upon returning from work today, I discovered my account has been suspended for three days. This is extremely frustrating as I specifically set aside time during weekends to game with friends. I have never encountered any issues like this before. The only possible reason I can think of is that my 12-year-old brother may have used my account while I was away, something he has done in the past. Despite my attempts all day to contact someone for clarification, I have been unsuccessful. It's frustrating that I am unable to use the chat support due to my suspension. This situation is aggravating as I have made numerous digital purchases on the PS Store and now I am locked out of all my games. I have been a loyal Sony customer for years, never encountering any problems like this before. I have already addressed the issue by restricting my brother's access to my account. I hope to receive a prompt response to resolve this matter.

I am experiencing an issue with my keyboard not responding on my PS4 while playing COD: MW. I have tried resetting settings, rebuilding the database, and switching users. However, the keyboard also stops working in the PS4 menus. I have noticed that I need to replug the keyboard without the mouse inserted multiple times until it finally responds. Once it lights up, it works in the menus, but the keyboard menu only pops up when I unplug it. Another observation is that when logged into my account with the mouse attached, plugging in the keyboard skips the user message, but when the mouse is unplugged, it prompts the question. The mouse works fine, but the keyboard doesn't, despite being compatible and in good condition. If purchasing a new keyboard is my only option, could someone share a website listing all compatible keyboards for PS4? Thank you, KeyZ

I reported a person who got banned, but they created a new account the next day and re-purchased PlayStation Plus. This player, known as BowmanFan2019, has a history of making multiple banned accounts like Dalefan2017. They harass not only me but also my friends with racial slurs and offensive behavior. Despite being banned, they keep creating new accounts with different emails and usernames. It seems like simply banning accounts won't stop their behavior. I urge PlayStation to take action to prevent this player from creating more accounts to continue causing trouble. Your attention to this ongoing issue is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I recently reached out to Spotify support for assistance with logging into my account on my PlayStation 4. They recommended contacting PlayStation support due to an issue where the Spotify account "nathan_ferrett" is already linked to another account on the system. My WiFi has always been reliable, but recently I've had issues with my PSNow service. Initially, I experienced occasional interruptions while using it. Recently, after my girlfriend reactivated PSNow for me, I've been encountering more significant problems. While some games load, the PSNow games don't. Despite trying various solutions like resetting the WiFi, changing the DNS server, and adjusting settings, the issue persists. Even after physically moving the PS4 closer to the router to improve the speed, the error NW-[redacted]-6 continues to appear. This has become frustrating as other devices connected to the same network work smoothly. I hope to resolve this soon, as I'm eager to play GTA 5 online without any more disruptions.

I encountered a situation while playing Dead by Daylight with a 16-year-old player who was being flirtatious. Uncomfortable with this, I responded by sending a graphic image to deter his advances. Despite this, he threatened to report me unless I agreed to date him, to which I declined due to my policy against online dating. Subsequently, he retaliated by attempting to report me, leading me to take action against his behavior by removing him from the game, possibly triggering a series of spam reports from his end.

Good morning, I am experiencing an issue with another player on PlayStation. This individual has been using inappropriate language towards my son and threatening to disconnect his account after my son reported him. We received a message from a person shortly after the incident, requesting our email and password to supposedly investigate the situation. I reached out to them via phone but found their communication unprofessional. Subsequently, we have received more messages threatening to ban our account if we do not provide our login information. Good morning. I am facing an issue involving a kid harassing my son online. The kid has been using inappropriate language and threatening to disconnect my son's account because he reported him for the language used. We recently received messages requesting our email and password to look into the account after this harassment. I provided my phone number to the person contacting us and they called, but did not maintain a professional demeanor. My son has his PS4 linked to an iCloud.com account, which he and his sister created a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, he forgot the password and security answers for the Apple account, preventing him from accessing his ID. This situation is concerning, as he fears losing his Fortnite progress and other gaming data. Furthermore, we have a membership and gift cards tied to this account. I am attempting to check the compatibility of my Strix Tactic Pro keyboard with my PS4. When I plug in the keyboard, the PS4 recognizes it and the keyboard lights up. However, I am unable to use it when typing in the Modern Warfare chat box or menu. I have also tested it in the PS Menu with no success. Another keyboard I tried worked without any issues, but I prefer using my Strix Tactic Pro despite this setback. The keyboard functions perfectly with my computer and even worked on a new computer upon plugging it in. ASUS advised me to contact Playstation support, but I am having difficulty finding their contact information.

A company that claimed to have repaired my PlayStation "lost" my original system that I sent to them. They provided me with a replacement that worked briefly as a primary device, but then started shutting off randomly. Eventually, it stopped working entirely. When I returned it, they denied sending the replacement and refused to fix it, essentially keeping my system. A friend gave me a PS4, but I am unable to set it as the primary device for several months, and all my information is on the PS4 that was taken by the unreliable tech company. I managed to set up security measures on this new device to bypass the primary system issue, but now I get an error message when the Wi-Fi goes down, stating the unit cannot verify the game. I urgently need my case to be elevated to someone at Sony who can override the primary switch or deactivate my previous system. It's frustrating that I cannot play my games smoothly due to someone taking my consoles without permission.
