Hello,*for the last two weeks I was unable to connect to the PlayStation network, receiving the error code (NP-*****-*). One day for a brief time I was able to connect to ps* network, only to receive the same code the following morning.**Since then I* have tried every suggestion made by PlayStation and forum to fix the problem, but the problem continues.*Steps I have taken includes:**. Downloading system software update through safe mode*. Restarting router and ps**. Changing local IP address*. Port forwarding ps* with correct ports*the final step I took was to contact my Internet service provider. But since my PlayStation connects to the internet they said it the fault was not at their side.**I'm at a loss... and can't play some of my newly bought games due to problem**please help*Will*xtus
