About a week ago, I confronted a hacker named Nuked_Toaster who had been threatening me and my friends with hacking. After our exchange, he warned me to be cautious as I was on his hit list. Shortly after, my account was suspended for 7 days. Nuked_Toaster admitted to causing the suspension. Now, approximately a week after the first suspension ended, I tried to join a friend in a game and found my account suspended again. Unfortunately, I did not receive an email from PSN explaining this latest suspension and I am perplexed as I have not engaged in any wrongdoing.

My account is Lonelywolf3221, I believe with the numbers. I forgot my PS4 account password. I tried to recover it by following the steps, but I'm now stuck at the two-step verification page. It requests my date of birth, which I can't recall. Consequently, I can't access my account on the network, and all my games and apps are tied to that account. I miss playing PS4. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

I bought GT Sport on your PlayStation Store for $29.99. However, the game didn't download, and it's asking for a game disc. I'm confused as to why I need a disc if I purchased a download. If I can't download the game, I would like a refund, please. I visited the support page and followed the instructions, but there was no download option, only avatars. The ad stated "full game," but I haven't been able to access it as expected. I initially had the game on a disc but lost it, hence why I wanted the full game download. I'd really appreciate assistance in getting the game available for download.

Hello team, I have been facing issues with activating a specific trophy for the past 4-5 months, or possibly more. Despite fulfilling the criteria for the "Medic" trophy in Dead by Daylight, it appears that the trophy counter may be malfunctioning or not registering my achievements correctly. I have reached out to the game's support team multiple times, but unfortunately, the responses have been unhelpful. One representative claimed there was no problem and couldn't investigate, while another mentioned forwarding the issue, which I doubt was done effectively. I felt like I was going in circles with no resolution. As this trophy is crucial for me to achieve Platinum status, I am seeking assistance from you. Could you review the trophy status, address any bugs, and ensure that I receive the recognition for my efforts or adjust the count to 99 heals to trigger the final achievement in-game? My PS4 keeps freezing every time I open a game, and it resets, deleting everything from my console except my account. I have spoken to four different people about this on Friday. My case number is [redacted]1. It all started with my console failing to update, and there have been constant issues since. Now it's going into safe mode and won't turn off, which is becoming very frustrating. I purchased this PS4 in May [redacted], and I need a solution that actually resolves this problem. Update: About 30 minutes after posting this, my console froze again, shut off, and when it turned back on, it deleted everything from my extended storage. This is extremely frustrating. Sony really needs to address some major issues here.

My account was hacked, and the hacker spent $[redacted] on games. After being banned three times for violations, I contacted PS Customer Service. They reinstated my account twice by having me reset my password, which took longer than expected. Although I got a bank refund for the money taken, my account was banned again due to the hacker's games causing a negative balance. PS CS only changed my password, not resolving the negative balance issue. A call to address this was disconnected, and subsequent calls faced high volumes or disconnections. Eventually, I spoke to a representative who said they couldn't clear the negative balance after 30 days. My only options are to start fresh or pay the balance to restore my account. I want my account back without wrongful bans.

This morning, when trying to sign in to my PlayStation account (p1mpdaddydora), I encountered a problem. Although it's not unusual to have to sign in again, I found I couldn't log in despite several attempts. When I tried to reset my password, I discovered that it had already been changed. The email indicating this change was sent from a different location in London at 3:22 AM. Now, someone else has access to my account with all my personal and credit card information visible. I'm seeking assistance to regain control of my account. Thank you.

I have noticed numerous unauthorized charges on my account. Subsequently, my account was banned from the PlayStation Network for breaching terms of use. This is troubling as I have invested a substantial sum in games. I have not shared my account details or engaged in game sharing. As a deployed member of the United States Army in Afghanistan, I am unable to regularly check my account. During July, I took my Playstation Virtual Reality set to our vacation rental. While connecting it to another person's Playstation 4, I accidentally set their system as my primary PS4. Despite trying to deactivate it remotely through the website, it won't allow me to change it as it says it was too recent, even though it's now August 11. Sony doesn't provide a customer service email for assistance. I need to resolve this issue to avoid being locked out of my Playstation in case of internet connectivity problems. I added my card to my PlayStation account to pay the remaining 26 cents to rent the movie "The Purge: Anarchy." I also used the balance from one of my gift cards. However, I noticed that my account was charged $10.26 by PlayStation Network today, which I did not authorize. This has happened to me before when adding my card to accounts, and it's frustrating. I tried to call PlayStation, but their phone line is closed. I've been searching for an email or another way to contact them but haven't had any luck. I just wanted to enjoy renting a movie on my PlayStation for the weekend, so I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. Thank you!

I recently had a disturbing interaction on PlayStation with a player named YouKoShiragami. They resorted to using offensive language and making inappropriate comments about my mother. Despite reporting this incident twice, I have not seen any action taken by PlayStation. I even reached out to PSN chat and spoke with representative Monica, who was unable to locate my reference number. I have since resubmitted my reports in the hopes that they will be addressed properly. It is concerning that derogatory language and personal attacks seem to go unchecked on the PS4 platform, despite the supposed Code of Conduct. This player's behavior was unacceptable, and I feel strongly that they should be banned for their derogatory remarks. It is vital for PlayStation to enforce their policies promptly to prevent individuals from causing harm or distress to others. I urge for more accountability in dealing with such situations to maintain a safe and respectful gaming environment for everyone.

While gaming on my PS4, I switched over to my PS3 temporarily after a friend brought us a chair. Upon returning to my PS4, I noticed my Minecraft game was in a different language and my saved worlds were missing. Concerned about a possible hack, I reset my password and removed several people from my friends list. Should I also change the passwords for my other accounts? I felt upset about losing the barn I had built in my world. I am unsure if anything else was affected. Nevertheless, I wanted to report this in case it was a security breach, although thankfully I did not make any unauthorized purchases. Thank you.

For some reason, 2-step verification is set up on my account, preventing me from accessing it for the past year. I am disappointed in the lack of service I have received. The representative I spoke to was rude, discouraging me from resolving the issue. I have invested significantly in in-game content and games through the store, but now it feels wasted as I can't enjoy them due to account access issues. I don't have the verification code, backup code, or the associated phone number anymore. The representative requested a photo ID, but I don't possess any form of identification due to mental health reasons. Please assist me in recovering my account so I can access the games and content I've purchased. Hello, I have been in contact with Sony and requested someone to discuss suing your company. They provided me with your email. I want to address being banned. I connected friends to my account who sent inappropriate messages, resulting in my ban. This ban seems unreasonable to me. I spent over £[redacted] on the account WILLZWISE. I have encountered an issue with my PSN account. Last Friday, upon turning on my PS4, I received a notification informing me that my PSN account ([redacted]) had been banned (code [redacted]-7). This ban came as a surprise as I have been unaware of any violations on my part. I have thoroughly researched potential reasons for the ban but none seem to apply to me. Without a PS+ subscription, I do not engage in online play activities, ruling out the possibility of insulting or harassing other players. Moreover, the only individuals I engage with on my PS4 are my sister and cousin. I can confirm that my PS4 was purchased brand new from an official retailer and the only transactions I made were for Fortnite ([redacted] Vbucks and Laguna pack). I am eager to rectify this situation and request clarity on any outstanding issues with my account, as I am keen on restoring access to it. I am aware that I should receive an email within one or two business days explaining the ban, but as of now, I have not received any communication. I am unable to access my email account ([redacted]). I created it when I was younger using a school email without verifying it. Recently, I tried to log in on my new phone, and my account got locked because it did not recognize the device. The recovery options on Outlook require details about an Xbox or Skype account, which I don't have or remember, or information about past emails, which I mainly used for gaming accounts like PS4. My email is crucial as it contains important information related to my Paladins game account, PS Plus subscription history, and downloaded games like For Honor. I am struggling to recover my email, but the real concern is regaining access to my PSN account, as it has financial transactions linked to it.

During a thunderstorm, my PSN account (Mecho021) logged me out due to the internet disruption. Despite similar incidents happening before, this time, it claimed the password I entered was wrong. While playing a game with a friend, they accidentally triggered a purchase of the "Ark: Survival Evolved" game on my PS3 through the PSN app, charging the card linked to my account. Unfortunately, I discovered that funds on the PSN wallet cannot be refunded. To add to the situation, the card charged belonged to my sister, who had used it to buy a $9.99 PlayStation Plus account for my fiancé and me.
