I made a payment on November *nd in the amount of $**.** to renew our plus membership. We have always done this for the annual subscription rate. But it was nearing Christmas time, so I chose the * month option at that time. Instead of receiving a notification option that our subscription was nearing its end, the next * month add on, was auto pulled from my bank account on Feb. *th in the amount of $**.** as a recurring payment. *, this was not authorized by me. Nor did I set it up to happen. *, I would not have done the * month purchase again, I would have renewed for the year. I want this adjusted IMMEDIATELY! and I want any access you think you have to my accounts, SHUT DOWN!! You will not auto pull anything from my account without my prior approval. There is no recurring payment set up, nor will there be..
