Hi there I received a PlayStation refund for my spider man game. I was refunded the **.**$ I spent on it after many tedious calls. I paid for the game using my real money, and instead of returning me real money, PlayStation put **$ in my wallet for the PlayStation store. This is not fair, as expected with any return made, the money is returned in the form it is given, Ive received refunds from PlayStation before and never has it gone to my wallet and not to my bank account, the call chat workers were unhelpful as they said that “the transaction is complete” I find this annoying as the mistakes of the employees should not impact me not getting almost ***$ of my hard earned money. I would like to receive the **$ of returned money in my banking account from which I paid with it.
