If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

I got onto my playstation this morning like I do everyday and realized it was asking me to sign in to PSN. I was confused but sometimes it logs me out for no reason so i proceeded to type in my password. I have my password saved in my settings on my phone.. The password that was saved came up incorrect, so i have tried every password that i have had and nothing worked. I went to reset my password even tho I had just recently did that, and i check my email for the code, and i had received an email at **:** AM (which i would usually be up around this time but i slept in until **:** PM today) stating that my sign-in ID (e-mail) has been changed and that my email was no longer relevant to that account. I just got new games too. My account is MichaelaN**. Please help me out I just got new games.
