I am eager for PlayStation to introduce cross-platform play with Xbox for Fortnite Battle Royale. It doesn't matter much to me for other games, but I have many friends on Xbox who won't switch to PS4, so it would be fantastic to play together. Refusing cross-platform play may upset PlayStation fans and drive them to switch to Xbox. Personally, I may switch to Xbox soon if this feature isn't implemented. I am a devoted PlayStation fan and love everything about it, but restricting loyal customers from playing with their friends feels disappointing. I am aware that Xbox has proposed cross-platform play, and I urge PlayStation to reconsider. Enabling cross-platform play could enhance the gaming experience and attract more players by letting them join their Xbox friends. I hope PlayStation will consider making this change.

Last night, I intended to purchase GTAV and 33$ worth of Vbucks using 60$ of funds for the first time. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and ended up paying [redacted]$ in funds and the same amount was deducted from my bank account, leaving me in a dire situation as [redacted]$ was all I had for food and gas. I read online that fund refunds are not common unless necessary, but I urgently need my money back for survival. Kindly assist me in resolving this issue promptly.

I attempted to renew an expired payment card on my account. While trying to edit my payment options, a screen asked for a password without specifying what it needed. After multiple failed attempts, I decided to reset my PSN password, assuming that was the required password. I only knew the email connected to my account and its password, which allowed me to log in and out of my account. After using the "forgot my password" option, a reset email was sent to my address, but it required a security question or date of birth I couldn't recall. Multiple failed attempts led to the email being deemed invalid. Despite having the correct email and password, I am now locked out of my PSN account, and the reset password emails are no longer being sent. Can you please unlock my account and reset my PSN password?

I don't own a PlayStation. I used my card once for my grandson to buy something for $10. Due to poor health, I only check bills. I found multiple unauthorized charges on my bank statement from Feb 15 to Feb 20 totaling $[redacted].89. I need to dispute this since previous credits were issued on March 2, [redacted], which I didn't request. Please resolve this quickly. I won't use my card for PlayStation again. Thank you, Tracey.

I purchased V-Bucks in Fortnite through PlayStation and used them to buy skins. Unfortunately, my Epic Games account on PC got hacked, and the linked accounts got unlinked. The items I bought on PlayStation are now missing from my PS4 account. Since I made the purchases through PlayStation, I'm hoping you can check and see the transactions linked to my PS4. It seems my account is now empty, and I would really appreciate it if you could restore the items or provide a refund for the amount spent, as the items I purchased seem to be lost. I purchased Assassins Creed Chronicles under the assumption it was for PS3, but after downloading, I discovered it was for PS Vita. I am seeking a refund as I do not own a PS Vita. I also have the season pass for Assassins Creed III, with downloads for Brotherhood and Black Flag, as I often get DLCs for the games I purchase. I am a loyal customer of PSN and plan to continue buying products for many years as I have children who enjoy gaming. Despite my error, I trust that PSN will assist me with a refund, as they have consistently supported me. I view PSN as our family's primary Gaming Network because of the reliable service you provide. My account, Argentino-4-ever, got blocked in February for allegedly violating terms and regulations by impersonating an official from PS, which I didn't do. There is $[redacted] in the account, and I periodically check if the ban is lifted, but nothing changes. Now, I relocated to another country and cannot change the phone number in the settings as it is greyed out, preventing me from receiving the verification code to log in and check the status. I purchased the "Wingman Starter Pack" for "Fortnite" a few days ago, which included an outfit and [redacted] V-BUCKS. However, I have not received anything yet. I purchased the Fortnite Battlefront Season 5 upgrade for V-Bucks on PlayStation Network for my son's account (bowzskeball) for $24.99 and also bought V-Bucks on my account (ransomedheart) for $9.99. However, my bank statement shows two charges of $24.99. Kindly transfer the V-Bucks to my account (ransomedhear). This resolution would be satisfactory for me. When I first set up my PS4, I created a profile, but it kept saying the account didn't belong to it. I changed my password on the console, but the issue persisted. After 6 months, I tried again and managed to sign in but couldn't reach the sign-in screen. I successfully changed my password on the computer, but I still can't sign in on the PS4. I've checked my Wi-Fi and restarted my router, but the problem continues. I've been a loyal PlayStation user since the beginning, but the PS4's issues have been disappointing. I'm considering switching to an Xbox One unless this can be resolved. I need assistance before I decide to sell my PS4. Thank you.

I did not place any orders with your company, and I am unaware of the purchases charged to my debit card. I did not give permission for anyone to use my card. I lost my card in the parking lot of Dollar General, it was turned in, and I retrieved it the following day. I am 85 years old; I do not use any gaming consoles, have internet, or own a computer. My daughter, N.P., is typing this message for me on her computer while I am at her house guiding her. She has Power of Attorney for me. I have a cell phone that my son pays for, but it is too complex for me to operate, so my grandson has it for emergencies. I have canceled my debit card, reported unauthorized charges to the bank, and they advised me to request a refund from you. If the charges are not refunded, they said I can involve the district attorney. There were 32 unknown charges on my statement, including $10.68 on 7-9-18 and $26.74 on 7-11-18. The card was a Trustmark Master Card ending in [redacted] with an expiration date of 02/21 in the name of N.F.T. Please issue a full refund and cease any current or future services charged to me.

I noticed unauthorized charges totaling over $65 on my account on July 13 and 14. These charges were made without my permission or anyone present to make them. I had PayPal reimburse the unauthorized payment, as it was not an authorized method for regular payments. I never set up a regular payment method, only authorizing payments for individual games. The PlayStation associated with these charges has been blocked, and I am seeking assistance to have it unblocked without incurring daily fees. I would appreciate the opportunity to chat with a representative here regarding this matter.

My son's account was unexpectedly canceled or banned without any explanation. We did not initiate this action, and I am seeking to reinstate his online account. I noticed that in the months of June and July, my credit card, stored with you, was charged a total of over $[redacted]. Two of these charges amounted to approximately $50 each, likely related to the online accounts for my son and grandson. However, the remaining charges totaling more than that were unfamiliar to me, prompting me to notify my bank. The bank then restricted any further charges originating from PlayStation and conducted an investigation into these transactions, which subsequently led to the cancellation of my son's account. This incident is part of a recurring problem where my credit card information stored with your platform has been compromised, resulting in unauthorized charges. Around a year ago, I accidentally used a credit card on my PlayStation that was already saved on the account without realizing. We resolved the issue, got the money back, and the bank is aware of the situation. I would appreciate assistance in lifting the ban on my console so I can play online again. I was playing a game when someone attempted to access my account. I promptly changed the password and email associated with the account. However, I encountered a problem as the new password I set did not work. Due to setting a different date of birth in the account when I was younger, I am unable to retrieve it as that information was stored on a phone that is now unrecoverable after an iOS update. I possess evidence of ownership for the account, have access to the account email, and can provide the necessary proof to unlock it through PSN. My primary concern is recovering my progress and rank, especially in GTA, where I have invested three years to reach my current level. Despite attempting to reach out through various channels like live chat and phone calls, I have not received assistance on this matter. Your help in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.

It's frustrating when the servers are down, especially when you finally have some time to play. It seems like the network never has issues when they're collecting payments, right? It's disappointing not to receive any compensation for the inconvenience. Seeking customer service shouldn't be a wild goose chase either. Rest assured, I'll be contacting them to address this. I recently added funds to my son's PS4 account to buy "Save The World" on Epic Games, but he got logged out as soon as he started playing and couldn't access it again. The $19.99 for the purchase was deducted from our account. We tried resolving this issue through the PS4 chat support but to no avail. Can you please refund the amount? I recently purchased the Fortnite Standard Founder's Pack on my secondary PSN account without transferring my Epic account from my primary PSN account first. When I tried to play, I realized that the pack was not available even though it does not show up in the store - it shows "There is no content". The pack ended up on my new Epic account that I created before switching back to my personal account where I play. I assumed the pack would be downloaded on the PS4 like a regular pack, but it went to the Epic account. I would like the PSN team to either refund me or help me access the pack since I have not used it yet and really want to play.

Hello, A few months ago, I purchased a PlayStation 4. When setting it up, I accidentally used a different Date of Birth for my account and cannot remember it now. I am on vacation and brought my PlayStation 4 to play, but I forgot my account password and the Date of Birth needed to verify ownership. Although I remember my Online ID and Log in ID, I do not have the Date of Birth written down. I can access my email and would like to reset the password without the Date of Birth requirement.
