I was in the locker room switching out my blue tooth headphones when an elderly man had told me to shut off my music when I was switching from one server to another. I told him it does not state anywhere in the facility that I can not switch from one headphone to another with my music playing. In a judgment free zone I was being judged and told him I can listen to the music I want to and it does not state anywhere on my signed agreement or on any sign that I can not listen to my own music after he told me to shut it off. I continued to workout and sandra approached me saying the man felt intimidated and she told me to leave for the day. I do not believe this policy is correct if not stated and I was not intimidating anyone but simply stating facts that I'm aware of policy to the agreement I signed when something that should not be intimidating and also inaccurate. I was told to leave because my music, and the workers told me it did not state it on policy that this was an effective agreement not to switch headphones being judged for my music. I dont believe this is fair according to policy or being treated fairly according to customer service or the people at Santa fe planet fitness. I have had a membership for a while and disagree with the judgement free zone according to policy and will decide to take my business elsewhere if not properly resolved with corprate and management's policy. Unacceptable and unprofessional from my management experiences with customers. If not clearly stated in policy for any customer that cant listen to music they want in the locker rooms does not mean they shouldn't if not stated nor be told to leave.
