I called the manager from my local planet fitness about charging me ** dollars and he WAS SO RUDE. First, I was not told about the annual fee AT ALL, and I have witnesses that can testify that. But not only that, but when I was telling the manager that, he was so rude and just telling me it was not refundable and that he could not help me and refused to talk. I told him that I was not really mad at the fee charged to me but rather that I did not get any warning that it was going to be taken off my account which became negative and now I have bank fees because of that too. The manager was just so unprofessional and rude, and I was telling him how his employees needed to learn to give information instead of committing omission which is not only unethical but illegal. This planet fitness is located in Danbury, CT *****.
